宜蘭縣高中職教師休閒參與及休閒阻礙之研究
Abstract
本研究旨在探討宜蘭縣高中職教師休閒參與及休閒阻礙因素之情形,並探討不同背景變項之宜蘭縣高中職教師休閒參與及休閒阻礙之差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以宜蘭縣高中職正式教師為母群體,使用自編之「宜蘭縣高中職教師休閒參與及休閒阻礙因素之研究問卷」進行調查。以叢集抽樣方式進行調查,共發出500份問卷,回收有效問卷416份,有效率為84%。將所得資料採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後比較等統計方法進行資料分析,本研究考驗之顯著水準訂為α<.05。茲將分析結果如下:
一、宜蘭縣高中職教師休閒參與頻率最高之類型,依序為:娛樂型、知識型、社交服務型、運動型、戶外遊憩型、嗜好閒逸型。而參與休閒活動項目,頻率最高前五項分別為:在家看電視、閱讀報章雜誌、聽音樂、上網、逛街購物。
二、宜蘭縣高中職教師休閒阻礙構面上強弱程度排序,依序為:「結構性阻礙」、「人際間阻礙」、「個人外在阻礙」、「個人內在阻礙」。而休閒阻礙因素依序為: 天候的關係、時間無法配合、設施使用不方便或缺乏、工作忙碌、場地開放時間受限制。
三、不同背景變項之宜蘭縣高中職教師在休閒活動類型上皆有顯著差異存在。
四、不同性別、年齡、服務年資、婚姻狀況之宜蘭縣高中職教師在休閒阻礙上有顯著差異存在,而不同的職務、經濟狀況上則無差異存在。
The purpose of this study was to explore the factors of leisure participation and barriers among senior and vocational high school teachers in Yilan County, and to explore the differences between leisure participation and barriers based on various backgrounds variables. Questionnaires survey was the way for material gathering of the research. The qualified senior and vocational high school teachers in Yilan were the main targets, and questioned by the survey devised as “Questionnaire on Yilan Senior and Vocational High School Teachers Participating in Leisure Activities and Barriers”. A total of 500 questionnaires were sent and there were 416 valid samples. The response rate of valid questionnaires was 84%. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and post hoc tests (Scheffe Method). The significance standard of the research was set smaller than .05. The results were shown as follows: 1.The most taken styles of the participation in leisure for Yilan senior and vocational high school teachers in sequence were: “entertainment”, “knowledge”, “social service”, “sports”, “outdoor leisure”, and “hobbies”. The top five leisure activities were: watching TV at home, reading, listening to music, surfing the Internet and going shopping. 2.The intensity of leisure barriers for Yilan senior and vocational high school teachers in sequence were: “structural barriers”, “social barriers”, “personal external barriers”, and “personal internal barriers”. The factors of leisure barriers in sequence were: climate, timing, facilities, fully occupied and the limits of opening time. 3.The senior and vocational high school teachers in Yilan County with different background variables showed significant differences in styles of leisure activities. 4.The senior and vocational high school teachers in Yilan County with different background variables on genders, age, seniority and marriage status showed significant differences in leisure barriers, but with the different background variables on positions and financial situation, there was no significant difference.
