青少年藥物濫用預防教育介入成效研究

Abstract

本研究旨在評估「青少年藥物濫用預防教育介入」對國中學生藥物濫用認知、預防態度、預防自我效能、預防生活技巧及成癮藥物使用意向之影響。本研究採準實驗設計,以臺北市某兩所國中學生為研究對象。於2011年進行,實驗組進行10單元(每單元四十五分鐘)的藥物濫用預防教育介入課程,對照組僅進行傳統講述教學,共完成前後測有效問卷333人(實驗組157人,對照組176人)。分析預防教育介入對整體學生及有無偏差行為學生的影響。 研究結果顯示藥物濫用預防教育介入可顯著提升國中學生藥物濫用認知、藥物濫用預防態度、藥物濫用預防自我效能與批判思考生活技巧。依學生有無偏差行為分,藥物濫用預防教育介入可顯著提升有偏差行為學生的藥物濫用認知、藥物濫用預防態度、藥物濫用預防自我效能、批判思考生活技巧;而藥物濫用預防教育介入可顯著提升無偏差行為學生的藥物濫用認知、增進藥物濫用預防態度。 依據結果,建議學校可參考本藥物濫用預防教育課程內容與架構,對整體或與高風險的學生進行藥物濫用預防教育介入,以提升學生拒絕藥物濫用認知、態度及生活技巧。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a drug abuse prevention intervention for junior high school students. A quasi-experimental design was used. The study was conducted in two junior high schools in Taipei City. Students in the experimental group received 10 courses of drug abuse prevention intervention in 2011, while students in the control group received routine curriculum. A total of 157 students in the experimental group and 176 students in the control group successfully participated in the baseline and follow-up surveys. The effects of the intervention for overall students, delinquent and nondelinquent students were examined. The results indicated that the drug abuse prevention intervention significantly increased students’ drug-related knowledge, drug-prevention attitudes, self-efficacies, and critical thinking life skills. For delinquent students, the intervention had significant positive impact on studnts’ drug-related knowlege, drug-prevention attitudes, self-efficacies, and critical thinking life skills. For nondelinquent studnets, the intervention showed significant positive effects on stduents’ drug-related knowledge and drug-prevention attitudes. It was recommended that the implementation of drug abuse prevention intervention for overall students and high risk students to enhance youth drug-prevention knowledge, attitudes, and life skills.
