台灣以物聯網建設智慧城市發展策略之研究

dc.description.abstract | 因為行動通訊與物聯網的技術日漸普及,加快智慧城市發展速度。本研究結合社會創新理論分析台灣以物聯網建設智慧城市的發展策略,並歸納出六大構面與三十三項準則,六大構面分別為智慧基礎設施、智慧政府、智慧環境、智慧生活、智慧安全和智慧移動。 本研究問卷發放對象為政界、財團法人與產業界中具備物聯網與智慧城市相關背景之12位專家。利用層級分析法 (AHP) 結合決策實驗室分析法 (DEMATEL),評估台灣以物聯網建設智慧城市的發展策略架構中,構面之間與準則之間的權重與因果關係,藉由兩者結論判斷長期優先發展策略。 本研究結果得知六大構面中以智慧基礎設施為優先發展之重點策略。六大構面底下準則之優先發展策略分述如後: 一、智慧基礎設施構面下為多設備雲平台可用性 二、智慧政府構面下為設立推動智慧城市專責組織 三、智慧環境構面下為建置智能城市與城市生態 四、智慧生活構面下為緊急救護連線系統與建立健康狀況檢測及上傳雲端服務 五、智慧安全構面下為中央警政之整合救援系統(含即時報案) 六、智慧移動構面下為信息與通訊技術 (ICT) 整合程度。本研究結果可為台灣以物聯網建設智慧城市的發展策略提供未來方向。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Because of the prevalence in mobile communications and IoT technologies, speeding up the development of smart cities, in this study, we used social innovation to analyze the development strategy of building smart city with IoT. We summarize 6 factors and 33 items in our research framework. The 6 factors are smart infrastructure, smart government, smart environment, smart living, smart security and smart mobility. Our questionnaire was distributed to 12 experts in the political, corporate and industrial fields of IoT and smart cities. We use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) combined with Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) to evaluate the weights and relationships between all factors, and then discern the long-term development strategy from both conclusions. In our finding, the key strategies from the six major factors is smart infrastructure. The priority in strategies are as follows: First, multiple-device cloud platform availability is the key for smart infrastructure factor. Second, establish a dedicated organization for promoting smart cities is the key for smart government factor. Third, build smart city and urban ecology is the key for smart environment factor. Fourth, establish health check and upload cloud services and emergency care connection system are keys for smart living factor. Fifth, central police consolidation rescue system (including instant reporting) is the key for smart security factor. Sixth, integrated ICT is the key for smart mobility factor. The results of this study can provide the direction for Taiwan’s future development strategy of building a smart city with the Internet of Things. | en_US |
