Abstract
為探討臺北市視覺障礙大學生之休閒生活現況,本研究以臺北市視覺障礙大學生52人為對象,抽取臺北市5所公所立大學祖覺障礙大學生9人,以質性研究之深度訪談方法,調查其休閒參與、休閒阻礙、休閒滿意及意見三方面的現況。結果發現:
一、臺北市視覺障礙大學生之休閒活動參與:實際參與之戶外休閒活動以校園附近的散步、慢跑及出門逛街和風景名勝之旅遊為主;室內休閒活動主要有體育運動、視聽娛樂、書籍閱讀及餐飲品嚐四大類型。期望參與之戶外休閒活動主要為體育運動及登山旅遊兩大類型。
二、臺北市視覺障礙大學生之休閒阻礙:主要為從事體育運動及視聽娛樂類型休閒活動時的外在環境阻礙。其因應方式,有尋求他人協助、直接放棄、自我忍耐等三種方式。期望獲得之無形休閒資源主要為運動技術的指導協助,人員的服務與協助,及休閒活動相關訊息的提供三方面;期望獲得之有形休閒資源包含對硬體與軟體方面的需求。
三、臺北市視覺障礙大學生之休閒滿意與意見:臺北市視覺障礙大學生對於本身所從事休閒活動與環境感到滿意,但對校園適合視障學生休閒活動環境及無障礙休閒活動感到不滿意,對於未來休閒活動規劃認為可從人力的協助、設備的改善、活動的舉辦、觀念的改變四方面著手。
The purpose of this study discussed the visually impaired university steudents in recent leisure time. The target population was the fifty-two visually impaired university students in Taipei City. Nine students were selected from the public and private universities in Taipei City. By the method of interview, the study investigated three recent aspects: leisure participation, leisure constraining, and leisure satisfaction. The following were significant results of the study. 1.The aspect of leisure participation In the practical participation, they were more likely to take part in the walking, jogging, running, shopping and sightseeing near the campus for their outdoor activities. On the other hand, in the indoor activities, they tender to have four types of leisure participation: physical activities, media entertainment, reading , and food-tasted habits. However, in the expecting participation, they were forward to physical activities and climbing for their outdoor activities. On the other hand, in the indoor activities, they desired for physical activities, media entertainment, reading and food-fasted habits. 2.The aspect of leisure constraining It meant that they were disturbed by outside environments when they took part in physical activities and media entertainment. There were three resolutions when they faced these sorts of problems. The first resolution was to ask for someone'help. The second was to give up directly and the final resolution was to bear problems by themselves. In the expectation of receiving invisible resources, they wanted to have some instrumental assistance of sport skills, experts' service and help, and relevant information. In expectation of visible resources, they were forward to the needs of hardware and software. 3.The aspect of leisure satisfaction They were satisfied with the personal leisure activities and environments. However, they were dissatisfied with the leisure activities and environments applied by the school. Moreover, they were also dissatisfied with the constraining-free leisure environments on campus. To improve these problems, they suggested that four elements could be considered for the leisure activities in the future. they were the expert's assistance, improvement of equipment, diversity and holding of activities, change of concept.
