北部地區大學生人際互動與社群網站黏著度之關係研究-以Facebook為例

Abstract
本研究旨在探討北部地區大學生人際互動與社群網站黏著度之關係研究,並以「Facebook」為例,為了達到本研究之目的,首先透過文獻探討,建立本研究的整體架構,繼而發展「北部地區大學生人際互動與社群網站黏著度之關係研究調查問卷」,並進行資料的蒐集。
在「大學生人際互動量表」與「社群網站人際互動量表」中,以北部地區大學生為調查對象,101學年度台灣北部地區日間部一至四年級大學生為研究母體,然後將北部地區所有大學進行編號後,進而隨機抽取出的20間大學,在對此20間大學隨機抽取30人,抽取共600人,實際回收有610份,獲得有效樣本共586份,有效回收率達96.07%;研究結果顯示,「同儕及朋友互動關係」、「家庭互動關係」及「整體人際互動關係」關係越好時,「社群網站黏著度」則越高。
「同儕及朋友互動關係」能夠顯著的預測「社群網站黏著度」,與同儕及朋友互動關係越好的北部地區大學生,其社群網站黏著的程度會越高;「每日瀏覽社群網站時間」、「Facebook好友人數」、「同儕及朋友互動關係」能夠顯著的預測「社群網站黏著度」,表現為正向,因此每日瀏覽社群網站的時間越長、Facebook好友人數越多、或是同儕及朋友互動關係越好的北部地區大學生,其社群網站黏著的程度越高。
This study was to investigute the relationship between interpersonal interaction and stickiness in social network website of college students in northern Taiwan based on Facebook. To attend this goal, literature review were proceeded previously in order to establish the research scheme, and questionnaire on the interpersonal interaction of college students and Stickiness of social network website was developed and fulfilled as well. In the interpersonal interaction of college students meter and Stickiness of social network website meter, sampled on the college students in northern Taiwan, the effective received questionnaires are 96.07%, from 586 valid questionnaires. The result were as follows: the classmates and friends interaction, family interaction and interpersonal interaction were positively relationship to the stickiness in social network website. The classmates and friends interaction positively predicted stickiness in social network website. The how much time search the social network website everyday, number of friends of Facebook, and classmates and friends interaction positively predicted stickiness in social network website.
