國中生身體活動量與體適能的關係之研究~以臺北市立新民國中為例

Abstract

本研究旨在探討國中學生身體活動量與體適能之現況,比較國中學生身體活動量與體適能的相關與差異。以臺北市立新民國民中學九十四學年度經註冊在籍及在學學生共263人(男生127人;女生136人)。本研究乃採用國際身體活動量表臺灣青少年自填長版(IPAQ-A)及體適能檢測項目(身體質量指數、一分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳遠、坐姿體前彎、800/1600公尺跑走)進行施測,並將所得的資料,以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等分析處理;有關統計分析,顯著水準定為α =.05。研究結果歸納如下: 一、國中生身體活動量現況方面:男生身體活動量比女生高,但兩者的身體活動時間有隨著年齡增長而減少現象。 二、國中男女生體適能現況:男、女學生體重與身體質量指數有逐年增高趨勢;另外,一分鐘仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎與女生、800公尺跑走表現,有隨著年齡增長而退步的跡象。 三、國中生身體活動量與體適能關係:國中生從事中等費力以上的身體活動量與一分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳遠呈現正相關,與身體質量指數呈現負相關,且達顯著水準。另外,學生的身體活動量較少者,其體適能表現呈現較差情形。
This research is aimed at studying the physical fitness condition of junior high school students in Taiwan, compare and discuss the differentia with the result of the amount of exercise students have. The research objects are the current students of Shin Min Junior High school of Taipei City, all under the enrollment in the 94th academic year, and at the total 263 people (127 male students; 136 female students). The assistant materials accessed in this research are IPAQ-A (International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Adolescence in Taiwan-Long form elf-administration) and the official examining items of physical fitness (including BMI, sit-ups within one minute, the long jump, sit and reach the performance keen-ins and the eight / sixteen hundred meter run). According to the data, we came to the conclusion through the method of descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. As for the statistics, the significance level is set α =.05. The results are as follows: 1. The current state of the amount of exercise for junior high school students: Male students exercise more than female ones. But the exercising time of human bodies of both male and female appears to decrease as age progress. 2. The physical fitness condition of both male and female junior high school students: The weight and BMI of both sexes tend to rise yearly. Also, sit-ups within one minute, sit and reach the performance keen-ins, and eight hundred meter run in Speed appear to regress as age progress. 3. The relation between the Physical Fitness and the amount of exercise of junior high school students: The results of junior high school students who engage in moderate exercised or above appear to be positive in the field of sit-ups within one minute and long jump. In the field of BMI, the results appear to be negative, reaching the level of significance. Also, students who exercise less appear weaker in their Physical Fitness condition.
