擔任資優班教師是一件有挑戰性的工作‚酸甜苦辣亦很多‚ 按理說應該能留住許多學有專精的人才‚可是事實卻不然‚每年資優班教師調動很大。其原因如下: (1)家長期盼太大 (2)排課產生的困擾 (3)對資優教師的誤解
