應用TRIZ法及GRA理論分析製造業導入綠色製造關鍵因素研究

Abstract
近年來綠色製造 (Green Manufacturing) 成為全球高度重視的議題。世界各國提倡主張製造業需提升綠色製造能力以生產出更環保的產品,以降低日漸嚴重的環境汙染所造成對人類健康的傷害。此外,在全球化市場高度激烈競爭的環境,製造業是否能成功導入綠色製造能力與實施力將決定製造業是否具備其產業競爭優勢,因此製造業導入綠色製造已刻不容緩。製造業者面臨越來越大的壓力,如何透過綠色製造成功關鍵因素有效快速導入提升綠色製造能力,成為製造業及學界們共同研究與探討的問題。本研究將透過TRIZ理論 (Theory for solving inventive problems, TRIZ) 進行綠色製造能力問題分析,運用 TRIZ 理論矛盾矩陣 39 工程參數及 40 項發明找出研究個案綠色製造項目及可改善能力,進一步分析改善屬性找出研究個案綠色製造創新設計改良方法。同時,本研究提出了評估綠色製造管理過程的結構分析,根據製造業導入綠色製造產品與生產過程及生產要素等,採用 (Gray relational analysis, GRA) 灰關聯分析法尋找出成功關鍵綠色製造管理方式。本研究結果發現,綠色製造導入過程和組織管理模式具直接影響關係。研究結果顯示有系統的管理綠色製造項目及可改善能力分類,有效增加製造業採用綠色製造的可持續性、創新和風險管理。本研究以台灣製造業個案為例,透過文獻回顧及問卷及研究理論模型分析出製造業導入綠色製造成功關鍵因素。
In recent years, green manufacturing has become a topic of high importance worldwide. Environmental pollution is causing increased damage to human health worldwide, so a number of countries have urged the manufacturing industry to improve its green manufacturing capacity to produce more environmentally friendly products. The ability of the manufacturing industry to successfully implement green manufacturing capabilities and implementation capabilities that determine whether it will be able to compete in globalized markets has become increasingly dependent upon the compatibility between business competition and environmental protection. Therefore, it is urgent for the manufacturing industry to introduce green manufacturing. Manufacturers are facing increasing pressure. How to effectively and quickly import and improve green manufacturing capabilities through the key factors of green manufacturing success has become a joint research and discussion issue between the manufacturing industry and academia. This research will use the TRIZ theory (theory for solving inventive problems; TRIZ) to conduct a green analysis of manufacturing capacity problems, using the TRIZ theory contradiction matrix, 39 engineering parameters and 40 inventions. Identify the green manufacturing projects and improvement capabilities of the research case, and further analyze the improvement attributes to find out the innovative design and improvement methods of the green manufacturing of the research case. In general, this paper proposes a structural analysis to evaluate the green manufacturing management process. According to the introduction of green manufacturing products and production processes and production factors in the manufacturing industry, the Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) method is used to find the key to successful green manufacturing management methods. According to the results of research into green manufacturing, its introduction directly impacts organizational and management models. The research results show that the systematic management of green manufacturing projects and the classification of improved capabilities have effectively increased the sustainability, innovation, and risk management of green manufacturing in manufacturing industries. This study takes the case of the Taiwanese manufacturing industry as an example and analyzes the key factors for the successful introduction of green manufacturing into manufacturing industries through literature review, questionnaires, and research theoretical models.
