dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討高中乙級籃球代表隊教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之現況、差異及相關情形,研究對象是以晉級104學年高中乙級籃球聯賽北區複賽男生組29隊球員,共410名選手,並以問卷進行調查,問卷包括「基本資料」、「教練領導行為」與「團隊凝聚力」量表,所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關進行統計分析,研究結果發現:一、訓練與指導行為是北區複賽高中乙級籃球代表隊選手感受最深的教練領導行為,團隊凝聚力則以團隊合作最能凝聚選手對此項運動的向心力。二、北區複賽高中乙級籃球代表隊選手在年級、專長位置、每週訓練頻率、最佳運動成績等不同變項,教練領導行為上有差異。三、北區複賽高中乙級籃球代表隊選手在年級、專長位置、每週訓練頻率、最佳運動成績等不同變項,團隊凝聚力上有差異。四、「教練領導行為」與「團隊凝聚力」有正相關性存在,教練領導行為的訓練與指導行為對團隊凝聚力的提升最有幫助。本研究結論為,教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力息息相關,當選手對於教練領導行為知覺程度越高時,團隊凝聚力之知覺程度亦越高,以此發現提出建議,供高中乙級籃球代表隊教練作為訓練與比賽參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study was designed to investigate the status, the difference and correlationship of the coach leadership behavior and team cohesion of a Class B high school basketball team. The participants of this study were 29 men’s teams, a total of 410 players, who advanced to North region second round of high school basketball league second division in academic year 104. Questionnnaires including background information, the scale of the coach leadership behavior and team cohesion, were use. Data were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics, the variance analysis of independent sample single factor and Pearson product moment correlation. The results indicated that: 1. Training and guidance behavior were the coach leadership behaviors that most deeply impressed the participants, while in the aspect of team cohesion, teamwork was found to enhance the cohesion of players the most. 2. The coach leadership behavior varied by different variables such as grades, specialty position, training frequency per week, and the best games score of theplayers. 3. Team cohesion also varied by different variables such as grades, specialized position, training frequency per week, and the best games score of the players. 4. Positive correlation between the coach leadership behavior and team cohesion was found. The training of the coach leadership behavior and guidance behavior could greatly promote team cohesion. It was concluded that there was a positive correlation between the coach leadership behavior and team cohesion. As the degree of perception for coach leadership was higher, the degree of perception for the team cohesion became higher. These findings could be used as a reference of training and matches for the coach of Class B high school basketball team. | en_US |
