台北市高級工業職業學校機械科實習工場安全衛生滿意度之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解台北市高級工業職業學校機械科實習工場安全衛生滿意情形，首先以文獻分析方式，探討機械科工場安全衛生教育概況及內涵，並蒐集相關問卷而編製高級工業職業學校機械科學生對實習工場安全衛生滿意情形之回饋訊息。 研究工具為自編「台北市高級工業職業學校實習工場安全衛生滿意度調查問卷」，以台北市六所公私立高職機械科日間部學生為調查樣本，回收問卷經整理統計有效樣本數為346份。資料統計方式係以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考檢、單因子變異數分析及雪費爾事後比較等統計分析方法加以分析考驗，本研究歸納如下結論： 一、有八成高職機械科學生對工場安全衛生整體持正向的滿意度，其中有近四成七的學生持「尚可」接受態度。 二、不同背景因素（就讀年級、選擇機械科動機、是否有實務經驗、證照取得，上學期實習課程成績）的學生對實習工場安全衛生整體滿意情形，以不同實務經驗與不同證照取得有顯著差異，其餘皆無顯著差異。 三、不同背景因素的機械科學生對實習工場安全衛生準備度、環境與人際互動、軟體設施及硬體設施四個構面之滿意情形有顯著差異。

The main purpose of the study was to investigate the satisfaction of shop safety and health of mechanical engineering department in industrial vocational high schools in Taipei city. The study adopts literature analysis and questionnaire methods. First of all, collecting related literatures to explore the theoretical base and contents of students’s satisfaction of shop safety and health, Secondly, using the questionnaires to sample 346 students of six industrial vocational high schools in Taipei city, and then using such statistic methods as means, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation to conduct the data analysis and discussion. The results of the study were obtained as follow: 1.About eighty percent of the students are positive to the shop safety and health in the schools, forty seven percent of the students are satisfied. 2.The students with practical expenriment background and with a professional licence background was found significantly on the shop safety and health satisfaction. 3.The satisfaction of the shop safety and health in four dimensions of the preparation, environment and communication, software facility and hardware facility was found significantly.
