新竹地區大學生軍訓選修學習動機與學習滿意度之研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討新竹地區大學生軍訓選修學習動機與學習滿意度,以自編「新竹地區大學生軍訓選修學習動機與學習滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具,國立交通大學、國立清華大學、國立新竹教育大學、私立中華大學、私立玄奘大學、私立明新科技大學、私立大華技術學院、私立中國科技大學(湖口分校)等八所學校,97學年度第一學期選修軍訓之639位學生為對象實施問卷調查,研究發現如下: 一、新竹地區大學生軍訓選修學習動機趨向中間偏低程度。 二、新竹地區大學生軍訓選修整體學習滿意度趨向中間偏高程度,各面向以「教官教學」得分最高、其次為「學校行政」、「課程規劃」、「人際關係」及「學習成果」。 三、不同背景變項學生學習動機具有顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項學生學習滿意度具有顯著差異。 五、新竹地區大學生軍訓選修學習動機與學習滿意度具有不同程度之正相關。 六、新竹地區大學生軍訓選修學習動機對學習滿意度具有不同程度預測力。 依據主要發現及結論,對相關行政主管機關、學校、軍訓教官以及未來研究提出下列建議: 一、實施全募兵後,爭取大專校院軍訓課程得以折抵軍事基礎訓練。 二、軍訓選修課程列入畢業學分計算,吸引更多學生選修,落實全民國防教育。 三、整合學校資源,簡化行政程序,妥善安排開課時間。 四、軍訓教官持續精進多元教學方式,滿足學生需求。 五、充分與學生宣導溝通,強化學生學習動機。 六、做好課程規劃,滿足學生學習成果。 七、爾後研究應以不同研究方法、不同研究對象以及不同研究內容深入探討軍訓課程,擴充相關研究之範圍及深度。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study is discussing the university students’ learning motivation and studying satisfaction of the elective Military Education course in Hsinchu area.By using the designed survey “University students’ learning motivation and studying satisfaction of the elective Military Education course in Hsinchu area” as the research tool. Survey the students of National Chiao Tung University, National Tsing Hua University, National Hsinchu University of Education, Chung Hua University, Hsuan Chuang University, Minghsin University of Science and Technology, Ta Hua Institute of Technology, China University of Technology (Hsinchu district). The survey results of Year 2008 1st semester, in total of 639 students who selected Military Education course as follow: 1.The Hsinchu area universities students motivation toward the Military Education course is at a low-middle degree level. 2.The Hsinchu area universities students study satisfaction toward the Military Education course is at a high-middle level,“teaching of the drillmasters” having the highest grades, followed up are “school nistration”, “curriculum designing”, “relationships with others” and “studying”. 3.There are significant differences among different variables in students’ motivation. 4.There are significant differences among different variables in students’ satisfaction . 5.The Hisinchu area universities students’learning motivation and studying satisfaction of the elective military education course have a different level of positive correlation. 6.The Hisinchu area universities students’ learning motivation and studying satisfaction of the elective military education course have a different level of prediction. According to the survey result, we suggest the related administration units, schools, drillmasters and future research with following suggestion: 1.After the government is making the military become voluntarily, the universities military education course can be use to decrease the basic military training. 2.Add the military education course become compulsory credits to attract more students. 3.Cooperate with school resources, simplified administration sequences, arrange class time properly. 4.Drillmasters continued using multiple teaching skills to satisfy the students. 5.Communicate with students, to enhance the students’ motivation. 6.Design the course properly; increase the students’ study result. 7.Using different research skills, subjects, and contents to deeply discuss the military education courses, increase the depth and range of the related research. | en_US |
