技能競賽選手培訓歷程與心理技能對心理韌性之影響

Abstract

本研究探討參與勞動部全國技能競賽中就讀技術型高中選手的培訓歷程、心理技能對心理韌性的影響。透過本研究瞭解技能競賽選手的培訓歷程,對心理技能及心理韌性的影響;心理技能對心理韌性的影響,以及心理技能在培訓歷程與心理韌性中的中介影響。本研究採用調查研究法,以便利叢集取樣取得研究樣本,針對全國北、中、南、東四個地區,就讀技術型高中全國技能競賽選手進行調查。問卷共發放397份,回收有效問卷321份,以描述統計、結構方程模式 (SEM) 進行研究分析,並透過拔靴法 (Bootstrap) 檢驗中介效果。研究結果發現:(1) 技能競賽選手在培訓歷程中,指導老師與選手之間的關係對心理技能訓練有實際增益;訓練環境對選手的心理技能訓練也有幫助;同儕之間的相處對選手的心理技能訓練結果有所提升;(2) 能高度掌握心理技能的選手,競賽時心理韌性有穩定的展現,能有效面對壓力以及干擾,對競賽結果有正向影響;(3) 培訓歷程容易受選手所在的環境、夥伴以及指導老師的影響,因此無法證明與心理韌性有直接相關,而心理韌性能透過心理技能提升有效增強。
The study was to explored influence of training process and psychological skills on mental toughness in participated skill competition of vocational high school students. With this study was to understood the influence on psychological skills and mental toughness during the training process in skills contestants, and the influence of psychological skills on mental toughness, also mediating influence of psychological skills on the training process and mental toughness. The study conducted a survey on 397 vocational high school students of industrial majors in Taiwan, and recovered 321 valid samples. The results were analyzed with descriptive statistics, structural equation modeling (SEM), and mediated effect test of bootstrap. The results are organized as follows: (a) Teachers, classmates and the training environment are helpful to the contestant psychological skills training. (b) Competitors have positive impact results to mastery of psychological skills and stable display of psychological toughness during the competition. (c) The environment, partners, and teachers is affected contestants in the skills training, also mental toughness. But not directly to prove affect. Yet, the highly psychological skills able to improve mental toughness in the mediation.
