Abstract
技職教育廣播節目的製播,是推廣臺灣技職教育可採行的有效途徑之一,民國91年教育部開始委託國立教育廣播電臺進行技職教育廣播節目的製播,來進行技職教育的宣導工作;本研究旨在探討我國技職教育廣播節目依循技職教育的發展,在節目中宣導的重點,以及技職教育廣播節目著重的製播主題類別,並比較技職教育廣播節目在製播上的差異。
本研究為質化研究,採取內容分析法、深度訪談法與事後回溯法,獲得本研究結論如下:
一、我國技職教育廣播節目宣導的重點為:綜合高中、高中職社區化、優質專科改制升格科大、多元入學方案、考招分離、策略聯盟、推動產學合作、最後一哩學程、產學攜手、教學卓越計畫、建立系科本位課程、職業學校群科課程、技職教育國際化、技職教育再造。
二、民國91年到民國96年的「技職百分百」節目著重的製播主題類別為:生涯進路、技職政策、職涯發展。
三、民國98年到民國100年的「技職出頭天」節目著重的製播主題類別為:技職政策、生涯進路。
四、民國98年到民國100年的「技職紅不讓」節目著重的製播主題類別為:職涯發展、生涯進路。
五、國立教育廣播電臺在民國94年到民國96年的「技職百分百」與民
國98年到民國100年的「技職紅不讓」,所製播的內容有連貫性。
六、民國98年到民國100年國立教育廣播電臺與中國廣播公司在技職教
育節目製播上的不同之處為:播出時間、製播方式、主題內容、節目行銷、節目回饋。
技職教育廣播節目在多年製播下,不只獲得廣大迴響,也帶動技職學校願意出資製播技職教育廣播節目;教育部應持續挹注經費進行技職教育廣播節目的製播,完善的傳達技職教育最新發展、政策與方向,讓社會大眾對於技職教育有更多的暸解與認識。
Producing and broadcasting Technological and Vocational Education(TVE) radio program is one of the most efficient ways for popularizing TVE in Taiwan. Since 2002, the Ministry of Education has begun to contract to radio broadcasting stations in producing and broadcasting TVE programs for advocating TVE. This research aims at the promoting key points of Taiwanese TVE radio programs. At the same time, it also studies about the contents and topics of the radio programs in TVE. Furthermore, this study compared and analyzed the difference in contents among programs. This study is a qualitative research, which is using content analysis, in-depth interview, and ex post facto study. Based on the research, the conclusions are as follows: 1. The TVE radio programs are focusing on: having comprehensive high schools, communization senior and vocational high schools, elevating high quality junior colleges into universities of technology, admission through multiple channels, examination and recruitment separation program, strategic alliance, setting university-industry cooperation, the last mile program, industry and academia cooperation, teaching excellence project, building up department-based curriculum, senior vocational school curriculum, internationalizing TVE, and rebuilding TVE. 2. From 2002 to 2007, it had “100%TVE” program which was mainly for career, TVE policies, and career development. 3. From 2009 to 2011, it had “TVE Expertise” program which was focusing on TVE policies, and career. 4. From 2009 to 2011, it had “TVE Homerun” program which was mainly for career development, and career. 5. From the program “100%TVE” since 2005 to 2007 and the program “ TVE Homerun” in 2009 to 2011, the contents of the programs have coherence. 6. From 2009 to 2011, the programs for TVE made by National Education Radio and Broadcasting Corporation of China had some difference, which was in: time for broadcasting, ways for producing, topics, marketing for the programs, and feedback for the programs. After producing and broadcasting TVE radio programs for many years, it not only has amazing feedback, but also makes TVE schools have will in producing and broadcasting TVE radio programs. In order to provide the latest trend, policies and direction in TVE, the Ministry of Education shall keep providing funds for producing and broadcasting TVE programs for having the public to understand and learn more in TVE.
