國中生食品安全及其相關意圖研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討國中學生的社會人口學變項、食品安全素養、食品安全知識、食品安全態度與食品安全行為間的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法。研究對象為桃園縣與新竹市某3所國中15個班級428位學生。結果發現: 一、 食品安全素養答對率約七成,食品安全知識答對率約七成,食品安全態度平均得分約九成,食品安全行為平均得分約七成。 二、 食品安全素養能力越強,食品安全知識越好、食品安全態度越正向、食品安全行為執行率越高。 三、 食品安全知識越好,食品安全態度不一定越好,但食品安全行為執行率會愈高。 四、 父母婚姻狀態正常者會比不正常者,使學生的食品安全素養、知識較高,家庭社經地位越好者,食品安全素養、知識、態度與行為皆會越好,家中食物採買者主要是媽媽者會比不是媽媽者,使食品安全素養和食品安全行為更好。
The purposes of this study were to understand the relationship of socio-demographic variables , food safety literacy , food safety knowledge, food safety attitudes and food safety behavior of junior high students. Selfed-questionnaires survey was used in this study. The subjects were 428 junior high students of 15 classes in 3 schools in Taoyuan City and Hsinchu City. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Food safety literacy scores almost 70%.Food safety knowledge scores almost 70%. Food safety attitudes scores almost 90%.Food safety behavior scores almost 70%. 2. The subjects with better food safety literacy also have better food safety knowledge, more positive food safety attitudes and better food safety behavior. 3. The subjects with better food safety knowledge may not have more positive food safety attitudes, but better food safety behavior. 4. The subjects have better food safety literacy and knowledge if their parents have a better marriage. The subjects have better food safety literacy, knowledge, attitudes and behavior also have a better Food Family socioeconomic status .
