新北市新住民母語師資培訓班學員的學習動機與學習障礙之研究

Abstract
本研究主要了解參與新北市新住民母語師資培訓班學員之參與動機因素及其學習障礙情形。採問卷調查法,依「新北市新住民母語師資培訓班學員參與動機及學習障礙調查問卷」,並以參與師資培訓班之學員為研究對象,進行調查,共取得318份有效樣本,以 SPSS for Window22.0 統計套裝軟體分析。所得量化資料採取描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析(One-Way ANOVA)、雪費(Scheffe’ method)多重比較、皮爾遜積差相關(Pearson correlation)分析進行統計分析。
本研究研究結論為:
一、新住民母語師資培訓班學員最強的學習動機是「求知興趣」。
二、新住民母語師資培訓班學員最大的學習障礙是「意向因素障礙」。
三、新住民母語師資培訓班學員的學習動機會因成員背景變項的不同而部分有所差異。
四、新住民母語師資培訓班學員的學習障礙會因成員背景變項的不同而部分有所差異。
五、新住民母語師資培訓班學員之學習動機與學習障礙有高度相關。
建議:
依本研究發現及文獻探討結果,最後對推動新住民母語師資培訓單位及承辦單位以及新住民母師資班學員及後續研究者提出建議,作為往後規劃、推動或辦理及研究之參考。
This study focuses on the motivational factors and the learning disabilities involved in the participation of new immigrants Native Language Teachers training students in New Taipei City . According to the Questionnaire surveyof " New Immigrants Native Language Teachers training Participants Motivation and Learning Disability of New Taipei City Questionnaire", and to participate in teachers training students as the research object; a total of 318 valid samples obtained with Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS) 22 .0 software analysis . The resulting quantitative information taken by descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA analysis, multiple comparisons by Scheffé's method, and Pearson correlation for statistical analysis. The conclusions of this research are: 1.The most powerful learning motivation for the new immigrants Native Language Teachers trainees is the interest in learning. 2.The biggest obstacle to learning for the new immigrants Native Language Teachers trainees is the personal intention factors. 3.The learning motivation of the new immigrants native language teacher trainees will vary due to the background variables of the members. 4.The disabilities to learn for new immigrants native language teachers trainees because of the different members of the background variables and some have differences. 5.The learning motivation of new immigrants native language teachers trainees is highly related to the learning disabilities. The suggestions: Based on the research of this study and the results of literature review, suggestions are made for the promotion of new immigrants native language teachers training units and undertakings as well as for new immigrants native language teachers trainees classes and follow-up researchers as references for future planning, promotion or management and research.
