苗栗縣國小高年級學生參與職業試探體驗課程之滿意度、自我覺察與生涯覺察關係

Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解苗栗縣國小高年級學生參與職業試探體驗課程情形,並分析國小高年級學生對課程之願景及期待。本研究以112學年度第二學期參與苗栗縣區域職業試探與體驗示範中心開設之職業試探體驗課程的國小高年級學生為研究母群,採便利抽樣邀請參與500名學生填寫「國小高年級學生參與職業試探體驗課程之滿意度問卷」問卷,回收有效問卷467份,所得量化資料採取描述性統計、因素分析和變異數分析進行研究。主要研究結論包括:一、國小高年級學生對職業試探體驗課程滿意度高,並有助於自我覺察與生涯覺察。二、曾經參加職探活動職場參觀的學生,自我覺察優於沒有參加過的學生。三、國小高年級學生參與職業試探體驗課程滿意度與自我覺察、生涯覺察之間有高度相關。四、參與設計職群職探體驗活動的學生,在自我覺察、生涯覺察及滿意度皆優於參與餐旅群及農業群體驗的學生。根據上述結論,本研究提出下列建議:一、宜隨時掌握國小高年級學生對職探群別的興趣與需求,提供不同課程。二、整合區域資源,拓展多元職業試探途徑。三、持續推動並深化師生對職業試探教育的認識和推廣。四、協助職業試探體驗課程後引導學生發展多元展能。
This study aimed to understand the participation of upper elementary school students in Miaoli County in career exploration and experience programs and to analyze their visions and expectations for the curriculum. The research population consisted of upper elementary school students who participated in career exploration and experience programs offered by the Regional Career Exploration and Demonstration Center in Miaoli County during the second semester of the 112th academic year. A convenience sampling method was used to invite 500 students to complete the"Satisfaction Questionnaire for Upper Elementary Students Participating in Career exploration and experience programs," with 467 valid questionnaires collected. The quantitative data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The main findings of the study included: 1. Upper elementary school students exhibited high satisfaction with the career exploration and experience programs, which contributed to self-awareness and career-awareness. 2. Students who had participated in workplace tours as part of career exploration activities demonstrated better self-awareness compared to those who had not participated. 3. There was a high correlation between the satisfaction of upper elementary school students with career exploration and experience programs and their self-awareness and career-awareness. 4. Students involved in career exploration activities designed for specific professional groups showed superior self-awareness, career-awareness, and satisfaction compared to those participating in hospitality and agriculture-related activities. Based on the above conclusions, the study proposed the following recommendations:1. Continuously monitor the interests and needs of upper elementary students regarding different career exploration groups and offer varied courses accordingly. 2. Integrate regional resources to expand diverse career exploration pathways. 3. Continue to promote and deepen the understanding and dissemination of career exploration education among teachers and students. 4. Assist students in developing diverse skills following career exploration and experience programs.
