Abstract

因為智慧安全的防護逐漸受到現在市場關注,加上物聯網技術日漸普及之下,配合生物特徵辨識的發展速度,本研究結合創新理論探討生物特徵辨識技術結合智慧門禁系統,歸納出五大構面與二十一項準則,五大構面分別為生物特徵辨識、識別準確性、系統安全性、系統易用性及系統整合性。本研究問卷發放對象為產業應用、學術研究和政府單位領域中,具備生物特徵辨識、智慧安全防護或系統開發專業相關背景之22位專家。利用多層次決策分析法探討生物特徵辨識智慧門禁系統創新架構中,將各個構面之間與各個準則之間的重要性進行排序,藉由結論評估以利智慧門禁系統未來發展策略的產業發展。本研究結果得知五大構面中以系統安全性為優先考量的最重要屬性。五大構面底下準則之優先考量屬性分別如下:一、生物特徵辨識構面屬人臉辨識為最重要的準則。二、識別準確性構面下屬正確接受率為最重要的準則。三、系統安全性構面下屬數據保護為最重要的準則。四、系統易用性構面下屬有效性為最重要的準則。五、系統整合性構面下屬資料整合為最重要的準則。本研究結果可提供設計者或開發廠商去研擬未來適合生物特徵辨識智慧門禁系統的創新策略及方向。
Because smart security protection has gradually attracted the attention of the market, coupled with the increasing popularity of Internet of Things technology, and the speed of development in biometrics recognition, this research based on theory of innovation to explore smart access control systems combined with biometrics recognition technologies, and summarizes five major aspects and twenty-one criteria, the five aspects are biometrics recognition, identification accuracy, system security, system usability, and system integration.This research questionnaire is distributed to twenty-two experts in the fields of industrial application, academic research, and government units with relevant background in biometrics recognition, smart security or system development. Using the Hierarchical Decision Model to explore the important ordering relationship between the aspects and the criteria in the innovative architecture of the intelligent access control system for the identification of biological characteristics, and use the conclusions to evaluate future development strategies to facilitate the development of the intelligent access control system industry.The results of this study have learned that the most important attributes of the five aspects that prioritize system security. The priority attributes of the criteria under the five aspects are as follows: 1. Face recognition is the most important criteria under biometrics recognition. 2. True accept rate is the most important criteria under identification accuracy. 3. Data protection is the most important criteria under system security. 4. Effectiveness is the most important criteria under system usability. 5. Data integration is the most important criteria under system integration. The results of this research can provide designers or developers to develop innovative strategies and directions suitable for biometric smart access control systems in the future.
