dc.description.abstract新近對於智力的建構有若干突破性的理論，其中以H. Gardner的多元智力說及R. J. Sternberg的三元智力說最為典型。本文試圖以「成功智 能」的概念整合兩者論點，說明成功的人生需要學業智能、人事(社會)智能、處事(實用)智能和創造智能的平衡發展，而人事智能是其核心條件，也是其它三種 智能的催化劑。人事智能的衡鑑與促進雖然不易，卻有高度價值，值得探究。zh_tw
