肺結核病患對結核病防治行為及其相關因素研究—以台北市某醫院為例

Abstract

本研究目的在探討肺結核病患於結核病防治認知、結核病防治的自我效能與防治行為之相關情形。於2010年3月1日至5月31日期間之臺北市聯合醫院某院區醫院，經由傳染病通報系統流程確定之結核病患者，為本研究之樣本數者為母群體。依據研究架構製作問卷並進行調查，得有效樣本80名，研究主要發現分述如下： －、研究對象職業的有無在結核病的認知表現上，有職業者優於沒有職業者。 二、研究對象在結核病的認知與對於結核病防治之自我效能皆無達到顯著差異；而研究對象不曾中斷服藥者在結核病防治行為表現上，優於曾經中斷過服藥者。 三、結核病防治的自我效能對於結核病防治行為上有正向的影響，研究對象結核病防治的自我效能表現愈佳，其結核病防治行為表現關鍵字：結核病防治行為、結核病防治自我效能愈好。

The aim of this study is to probe into the therapeutic behavior and its related factors of tuberculosis patients in a regional hospital. Patients who were diagnosed as tuberculosis and validated through Communicable Disease Reporting System from March 1 to May 31, 2010 were included as study subjects. Survey was conducted with questionnaire developed pursuant to the research framework of the study which including demography, disease status, knowledge about tuberculosis, self-efficacy on cure and prevention and treatment behavior. Eighty patients were included in this study. The main findings of this study are as followings： 1. Those who have job have better knowledge than those who do not. 2. The experience of discontinuation of the treatment did not affect interviewees’ knowledge about tuberculosis and self-efficacy of cure significantly though. It is correlated to the prevention and treatment behavior of the interviewee significantly. Those who have experience of discontinuation of treatment performed more negatively. 3. Self-efficacy poses positive impact on prevention and treatment behavior. Study subjects with higher self-efficacy score have better performance on prevention and treatment behavior.
