新北市國民中學教師對參與教師工會的認知之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討新北市國民中學教師對參與教師工會的認知之研究。研究方法採問卷調查法,以新北市公立國民中學教師為研究對象,以「新北市國民中學教師對參與教師工會的認知之研究問卷」為研究工具,抽取新北市19所公立國民中學教師共360份進行問卷調查,問卷收回338份,有效卷304份,可用率為89.94%。回收資料以描述性統計(次數分配、百分比例、平均數及標準差等統計方法)、t 考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(One-way Analysis of Variance) 、費雪LSD法(Fisher Least Significant Difference)等統計方法進行分析,得到若干研究結果,據此對教育主管機關、縣市教師工會及後續研究者提出參考建議。
依據調查問卷資料分析,本研究獲致結論如下:
一、新北市國民中學的教師對參與工會的認知表現達中上程度。
二、新北市國民中學的教師對參與工會的認知,以「保障教師權益」最高,其次為「提供福利服務」、「行使勞動三權」、「影響教育決策」、「促進專業成長」、最低為「提升教育品質」。
三、新北市國民中學教師對工會的組織特性認知是偏重權益的組織特性。
四、新北市國民中學的教師對工會的認知,會因性別、服務年資、是否為教師會員、是否為工會會員之不同,而具有顯著差異。
The main purpose of this study is to discuss the cognition of teachers in New Taipei City junior high school. The research methods adopted in this paper is questionnaire survey. The objects of this research are the teachers of New Taipei City junior high school, and the questionnaire entitled "New Taipei City school teachers’ participation in Teachers' Union" is used as the research tool. 360 copies of questionnaire were collected, and 304 paper out of 338 copies were valid and it has 89.94% recovery rate. In order to analyze the collected data, the statistics methods used in this study were descriptive statistics,t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Fisher's LSD method. The research results can be used as suggestions to authorities of education, teachers unions of each city and county, and also other researchers. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire, this study was concluded as follows: 1. The cognition of participating teachers’ unions of the teachers in New Taipei City junior high school is in the middle upper level. 2. The cognition of the functions of teachers’ unions of the teachers in New Taipei City junior high school show best in "protect the rights and interests of teachers" , followed by "provision of welfare services", "exercise of labor rights", "influence of decision-making in education", "promote professional growth", and the least is “ to enhance the quality of education." 3. The cognition of participating teachers’ unions of the teachers in New Taipei City junior high school emphasis on the rights and interests. 4. The cognition of participating teachers’ unions of the teachers in New Taipei City junior high school shows a huge difference according to the gender, years of employment, whether the members of the teachers’association, or the members of teachers’ union.
