Abstract

2015年被譽為智慧型手錶的「起飛年」,隨著它進入市場,消費者的生活習慣也隨之改變,為因應智慧型手錶製造業新進採購人員因產業型態的轉變及採購教育訓練課程系統化的不足,本研究針對新進採購人員的培訓現況做了解,進而探討進入職場前、進入職場後及其他部門對採購課程的不足做課程規劃之研究,最後針對智慧型手錶製造業之新進採購人員課程規劃對學校及企業提出建議。本研究為質性研究,以訪談方法訪問5位任職於在智慧型手錶公司的採購人員探討本研究之目的。根據研究結果,提出本研究之主要結論如下:一、採購人員進入採購職務前受到採購需用到的基本文書處理、語文及證照訓練有助於企業找到需用的人才。二、新進採購人員進入採購職務後受到採購教學系統流程規劃,有助於新人更快適應職務內容。三、新進採購人員學習溝通有助於和各部門之間及供應商的合作。最後根據上述研究結論,提出以下具體的建議,供學校及企業之參考說明如下:一、國內大專院校的建議:學校的教育應滿足市場的需求、建立專業的知識體系、提升文書實務操作能力及語文能力、獲得專業認識的支持及加強學校與企業之間的合作。二、國內智慧型手錶企業教育訓練的建議:加強採購倫理、建立完整系統操作流程及採購五大要素之專業知識、進行物料專業訓練、增進跨部門合作、開設溝通課程。
2015 was hailed as the"take-off year" for smartwatches, as their introduction into the market significantly impacted consumer lifestyles. In response to the evolving industry dynamics and the lack of systematic purchasement staff, training programs, this study explores the current state of training for new purchasement staff in the smartwatch manufacturing industry. Specifically, it examines the planning of procurement courses to address gaps in pre-employment and post-employment training, as well as interdepartmental needs. Based on the findings, recommendations for educational institutions and companies involved in the smartwatch industry are proposed to enhance training programs for new purchasement staff.This study employs qualitative research methods, with interviews conducted among five purchasement staff working in smartwatch companies. The key conclusions derived from the research are as follows:1. Pre-employment training that equips purchasement staff with relevant professional knowledge, skills, and certifications facilitates the recruitment of qualified candidates in the industry.2. Structured training programs for new hires in purchasement staff enable faster adaptation to job responsibilities through a systematic teaching approach.3. Learning effective communication skills aids new purchasement staff in fostering collaboration with other departments and suppliers.Based on the above conclusions, the following recommendations are proposed for schools and companies:1. For Higher Education Institutions: Education should meet market demands, establish a systematic professional knowledge framework, enhance practical document operation skills and language proficiency, gain support for professional recognition, and strengthen collaboration between schools and enterprises.2. For Smartwatch Companies’ Training Programs: Strengthen procurement ethics, establish comprehensive system operation processes and professional knowledge of the five key procurement elements, conduct specialized training on materials, improve cross-departmental collaboration, and offer communication courses.
