理解式球類訓練法應用於高中棒球校隊訓練之行動研究

Abstract

  本研究的目的主要是以行動研究的方式,探討高中棒球隊球員實施理解式棒球訓練法在技能與比賽表現的訓練成效,同時比較高低年級間的差異情形,深入瞭解參與研究的球員以及教練對於實施理解式棒球訓練情形的看法與感受。參與研究的球員以台北縣某高中體育班棒球隊一、三年級,共28位球員,其中高一低年級球員15位,高三高年級球員13位,設計15天的理解式棒球訓練,並配合棒球主觀與客觀技能測驗與比賽表現評量進行訓練前、後測驗。在量的資料處理部份,分別以相依樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗對於球員前、後測驗成績進行統計分析;另外在質性資料部份,蒐集訓練日誌、球員訓練心得、球員訪談所得的資料,以持續比較法進行內容分析。主要的結果如下:(一)實施理解式棒球訓練後,球員在棒球的技能訓練成效上有明顯的進步,高低年級球員之間技能訓練成效是沒有顯著差異的。(二)實施理解式棒球訓練後,球員在棒球比賽表現訓練成效上有明顯的進步,高低年級球員之間比賽表現的訓練成效是沒有顯著差異的。(三)球員肯定理解式棒球訓練的訓練設計,對於技能的訓練與比賽表現的訓練成效有幫助,同時對於訓練方式能增加比賽技能與享受訓練的樂趣等感受,也呈現出認同的反應。(四)參與研究的教練指出理解式棒球訓練能引起球員的動機與興趣,有助於戰術戰略的理解,同時也能夠發展運動技能、激勵團隊的士氣。透過本研究得知教練及球員對理解式球類訓練法表示正面及支持,能促進球員對棒球運動的訓練成效,提供球隊一種新的訓練方法。針對本研究中的發現提供未來學校棒球運動代表隊訓練模式的發展與後續研究者提出相關建議。
  The study used an action research approach to examine the training effects of Game Sense on baseball towards objective and subjective skill and game performance of high school baseball players of different grades. In order to understand the players’ and coach’s perspectives on Game Sense, a mixed methodology was used. Fifteen sessions of baseball training were conducted to twenty-eight high school baseball players (15 and 13 players in 10th grade and 12th grade respectively) in Taipei County. Pretest and posttest were administrated using objective and subjective skill test and Games Performance Assessment Instrument. The quantitative data were analyzed by pair-samples t test and independent t test. The qualitative data were collected through coach’s diary, training reflections and interviews of players. These data were analyzed by using constant comparison method. The results were (1) Players had made significant progress on skill training after Game Sense training on baseball, but there was no significant difference between players in 10th and 12th grade players on skill training. (2) Players had showed progress on games performance, but it was not significantly different between players in 10th grade and 12th grade. (3) Players had showed positive attitude about the lessons content of Game Sense on baseball training. They improved in games skill and performance, and enjoyed the fun of playing games. (4) The participant coach realized that Game Sense training on baseball could boost players’ learning motivation and interests. It facilitated the comprehension of game strategies and development of sport skills and team morale. In conclusion, this study showed that both the coach and players were positive and supportive the use of game sense. Game Sense could improve the effects on baseball training and provide a different way of training. The findings of this study could provide suggestions for further related research and the development of training methods for school baseball team.
