dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學教師文化與教師知識分享行為的關係。首先了解桃園縣國民中學教師文化與教師知識分享行為的現況;其次分別探討不同背景變項的桃園縣國民中學教師知覺教師文化與教師知識分享行為之差異情形;最後探討桃園縣國民中學教師文化與教師知識分享行為之關係,以及教師文化對教師知識分享行為的預測情形。 本研究以問卷調查法為主。研究對象以分層取樣的方式,抽取桃園縣 35 所公立國民中學正式教師 708 人,共計回收567份,回收率為80 %,其中有效樣本 528 份,可用率為 75 %。以「國民中學教師文化與教師知識分享行為調查問卷」為研究工具,進行問卷調查研究。調查所得資料的處理以敘述統計、平均數差異檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關及多元迴歸等方法進行分析。本研究獲以下結論: 一、桃園縣國民中學教師知覺教師文化之現況屬中度程度以上。 二、桃園縣國民中學教師知覺教師知識分享行為之現況屬中度程度以上。 三、桃園縣國民中學不同「性別」、「服務年資」、「現任職務」、「年齡」、「學校規模」的教師在教師文化知覺上有顯著差異;不同「最高學歷」、「學校歷史」的教師在教師文化知覺上並無顯著差異。 四、桃園縣國民中學不同「年齡」、「學校歷史」的教師在教師知識分享行為上有顯著差異;不同「性別」、「服務年資」、「最高學歷」、「現任職務」及「學校規模」的教師在教師知識分享行為上無顯著差異。 五、桃園縣國民中學教師文化部分層面與教師知識分享行為呈現正相關。 六、桃園縣國民中學教師文化對教師知識分享行為具有預測力。 根據上述研究結論,針對教育行政主管機關、學校、教師及未來研究提出建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study is aimed to discuss the relationship between perceived teacher culture and teachers’ knowledge sharing behavior in junior high schools in Taoyuan County. At first, the current status of the teacher culture and the teachers’ knowledge sharing behavior in junior high schools in Taoyuan County has to be understood respectively. And then, the deviations of the teacher culture and the teachers’ knowledge sharing behavior in junior high schools in Taoyuan County under different backgrounds will be investigated. Finally, the study will analyze the relationship between teacher culture and teachers’ knowledge sharing behavior in junior high schools in Taoyuan County, and predict how teacher culture influences teachers’ knowledge sharing behavior. Questionnaire survey as a principal approach was mainly used in this study. The objectives were sampled out by the stratified sampling method, and extracted from the 708 teachers of the 35 public junior high schools in Taoyuan County. There were 567 recovered among 708 teachers, hence its recovery was 80%, of which 528 valid samples used was 75%. The study was carried out by the questionnaires named " the investigation of Teacher Culture and Teachers’ Knowledge Sharing Behavior in Junior High Schools" as a research tool. The questionnaires were analyzed through several statistical techniques, e.g. descriptive statistics, t-test , one-way ANOVA, pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis. Several conclusions have been obtained as follows: 1. The current status of teacher perception toward teacher culture in Taoyuan County junior high schools is above the medium level. 2. The current status of teacher perception toward teachers’ knowledge sharing behavior in Taoyuan County junior high schools is above the medium level. 3. The Taoyuan County junior high school teachers of different “sex”, “years of service”, “incumbent duty”, “age”, and “school size” show significant differences in the perceptions of teacher culture; however, those of different “educational background” and “school history” do not show significant differences. 4. Thee Taoyuan County junior high school teachers of different “age” and “school history” show significant differences in the perceptions of teachers’ knowledge sharing behavior; those of different “sex”, “years of service”, “educational background”, “ incumbent duty”, and “school size” do not show significant differences. 5. The junior high school teachers’ knowledge sharing behaviors in Taoyuan County are directly and positively related to some aspects of their teacher cultures. 6. The Taoyuan County junior high school teachers’ knowledge sharing behaviors can be predicted by their teacher cultures. According to the study results, some practical solutions are suggested, in order to serve as a reference for educational institutions, schools, teachers and future researchers.en_US
