Abstract

企業的脈動對人才的培育有關鍵性的影響,而建教合作正是聯結企業需求與學校人才培育的管道,也是技職體系人才養成重要的一環。本研究旨在探討以建教合作制度開發人力資源對企業競爭力的影響。採用質量並重的個案研究,以觀察、深度訪談與問卷調查收集資料,以內容分析法分析訪談資料,以AHP法分析問卷資料。結果顯示以建教合作制度開發人力資源對企業選、訓、留、用等有形的人力資源管理與無形的企業形象提昇具有正向效益,同時透過「人員服務品質要素」、「顧客信任感要素」等競爭要素對氣業競爭力產生貢獻。最後,討論企業以建教合作制度開發人力資源在管理與研究上的意涵。
The trend of business has critical impact on professional skill cultivation. Cooperative-Education is a channel between demands of business and supplies of school. Cooperative-Education is also an essential part to cultivate professional skill for technological and vocational education. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of business competitiveness by Cooperative-Education to develop human resource management .We adapt the research method of case study, including observation, deep-interview, and questionnaire survey, to collect data. The interview data is analyzed by content analysis and the questionnaire survey is analyzed with AHP. The result shows that Cooperative-Education has positive contribution for recruiting, training, retaining, and employing in human resource management. In addition, the business competitiveness is enhanced through "service quality element" and "customer trust element". Finally, this research proposes effective suggestions for Cooperative-Education institute and human resource management practices.
