dc.description.abstract | 新加坡實施雙語教育近半個世紀,華文教師的教育背景也隨著政策由受華文教育轉為受雙語教育;在雙語教育的系統下,新加坡華語為第二語言之師資培訓的現況究竟為何?在新加坡2004年的華文教學檢討報告中,提到了華文師資為華文教學改革之關鍵,除了有必要增加華文教師的來源,也應重新檢討華文教師的職前和在職培訓,使其更有系統性,而在2010年的華文教學改革中,再次提到了擴大華文教師來源和招聘管道的必要,以及職前和在職師資培訓之問題。由此可見,新加坡華文教師在「質」與「量」方面都面臨了問題。新加坡華文師資培訓的現況究竟如何? 本論文旨在從新加坡華文師資培訓著手,通過對於新加坡華文教育系統和教師之職前培訓課程的闡述,探討新加坡華文教師所具備之素養與能力,以及新加坡華文教師在「質」與「量」方面所面臨的問題和造成問題的原因,並且針對未來之發展提出建議。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Bilingual education has been in place in Singapore for nearly half a century, with English given the status of the “first language” and Chinese, Malay and Tamil given the status of “second languages”. How has the training of Chinese language teachers in Singapore been affected when the education backgrounds of the Chinese teachers in Singapore gradually changed from Chinese-educated to bilingual-educated? In the Chinese Language Review Committee Report in 2004, it was noted that there was a need to expand the potential pool of Chinese teachers as well as to review the pre-service and in-service training of Chinese teachers, making them more systematic. In the Mother Tongue Languages Review Committee Report in 2010, these concerns regarding the quality and quantity of Chinese language teachers were again raised. This dissertation aims to discuss the Singaporean model of training of the Chinese language teachers through qualitative and quantitative research methods, in order to identity the problems and future developments for a more effective system. | en_US |
