dc.description.abstract本研究旨在了解國民中學輔導人員之角色期望與角色實踐相關情形。主要研究目的如下:一、了解新北市國民中學輔導人員角色期望之現況。二、了解新北市國民中學輔導人員角色實踐之現況。三、探究新北市國民中學不同背景輔導人員角色期望之差異。四、探究新北市國民中學不同背景輔導人員角色實踐之差異。五、探討新北市國民中學輔導人員角色期望與角色實踐之相關情形。 為達上述研究目的,本研究以自編之「新北市國民中學輔導工作人員角色期望與角色實踐知覺調查問卷」為研究工具,以新北市公立國民中學(含完全中學)102學年度擔任輔導人員之教師為研究對象,共計發521份正式問卷,回收有效問卷402份,有效問卷回收率約為77.16%。 研究資料以統計軟體SPSS22.0 for Wi ndows進行資料分析,採用描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析與皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行分析。 依據上述文獻探討與研究資料分析結果,茲將研究結論歸納如下: 一、新北市國民中學輔導人員對其角色有中高度的期望 二、新北市國民中學輔導人員有中高程度的角色實踐 三、新北市國民中學輔導人員之角色期望因「教育程度」、「輔導專業背景」、「職務」與「輔導工作年資」的差異而有所不同 四、新北市國民中學輔導人員之角色實踐因「教育程度」、「輔導專業背景」、「職務」與「輔導工作年資」的差異而有所不同 五、新北市國民中學輔導人員之角色期望程度與角色實踐程度密切相關 六、新北市國民中學輔導人員之角色期望高於角色實踐 依據上述研究結論,分別針對學校輔導人員、學校行政單位、教育行政機關與未來相關研究提出參考建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted in hopes to understand the relations of role expectations and role performances in Junior High School Guidance Counselors. The main research points are as follows: 1.To understand the present state of role expectations in New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors. 2. To understand the present state of role performances in New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors. 3. To investigate the differences of role expectations by New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors of different backgrounds. 4.To investigate the differences of role performances by New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors of different backgrounds. 5 To investigate the relations between role expectations and role performances by New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors. To fulfill the research for this study, “The Research in New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors in Role Expectation and Role Performance Survey” was used. It was targeted towards New Taipei City Junior High School Teachers who served as Guidance Counselors in 2013. A total of 521 Guidance Counselors were surveyed and 402 responded for an overall response rate of 77.16%. The research results were analyzed by Statistics software SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The analysis utilized statistical methods such as: descriptive statistics, T-Tests, One-way Analysis of Variance, and Pearson's Product-moment Correlation Coefficient. According to the results of the discussed study and data analysis, the research conclusion is as listed: 1.New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors have above average expectations towards their role. 2.New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors have above average role performances. 3.New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors and their role expectations differ by factors such as: education level, professional background in counseling, job position, and the years in which they have worked in counseling. 4.New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors and their role performances differ by factors such as: education level, professional background in counseling, job position, and the years in which they have worked in counseling. 5.The role expectations of New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors are highly related to their role performances. 6.New Taipei City Junior High School Guidance Counselors have higher role expectations than their role performances. With the above results recommendations are given as reference to school guidance personnel, the school administrative offices, the various branches of education administration, and future related studies.en_US
