國軍深造教育學員的學習動機、生涯規劃及其相關因素之研究-以陸軍指揮參謀學院為例

dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討國軍深造教育學員的背景變項(單位、兵科類別、職務、從軍管道、教育程度及幕僚年資)、學習動機與生涯規劃之關係。本研究以國防大學陸軍指揮參謀學院學員183人為研究樣本,所使用的工具包括「國軍深造教育學員學習動機量表」及「國軍深造教育學員生涯規劃量表」。資料分析方法包括多變項變異數分析、多元迴歸分析、逐步迴歸分析及典型相關分析。研究發現如下: 一、不同單位、職務、從軍管道、教育程度及幕僚年資的國軍深造教育學員,在學習動機上有顯著差異,但不同兵科類別的國軍深造教育學員的學習動機未達顯著差異。 二、不同單位、兵科及教育程度的國軍深造教育學員的生涯規劃有顯著差異,但不同職務、從軍管道及幕僚年資的國軍深造教育學員的生涯規劃未達顯著差異。 三、以學習動機對生涯規劃變異量的預測力為44.9%。 四、國軍深造教育學員的學習動機解釋生涯規劃的途徑為: (一)由自我效能、單位認同及學習誘因等學習動機的因素影響到生涯規劃因素中的專業分流、轉換職場及生涯態度。 (二)由自我效能、學習誘因及社交關係等學習動機的因素影響到生涯規劃因素中的專業分流、轉換職場及晉任規劃。 (三)由社交關係、學習誘因及自我效能等學習動機的因素影響到生涯規劃因素中的轉換職場、晉任規劃及生涯態度。 研究者根據研究結果,提出對國防部對辦理國軍深造教育上之建議,並針對研究工具及研究方法提出建議,俾供未來研究之參考。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to examine the relations to background variables(unit, branch, military occupation, recruited resource, education level, and years on service), learning motivation, and career scheme among the student officers in the system of further Military Education. This study has 183 student officers studying in Army Command and Staff College of National Defense University as researching specimens. The tools utilized in this research include the questionnaire of learning motivation and career scheme for student officers. MANOVA, Multiple regression analysis, stepwise regression analysis and canonical correlation analysis are used as data analysis methods in this study. The results of this research are stated as follow: 1. The learning motivation has distinguished difference among the student officers from different units, occupations, recruited resource, education level, and years on service, but minor from different branches. 2. The career scheme has distinguished difference among the student officers from different units, branches, education level, but minor from occupations, recruited resource, and years on service. 3. The relationship between learning motivation and career scheme variance displays a predictability of 44.9%. 4. The mode to explain the student officers’ learning motivation and career scheme variance in the system of further Military Education are: (1)In learning motivation domain, the identification of unit, self efficiency, and social relationship effect military occupation system, position translation, and career attitude. (2)In learning motivation domain, the identification of unit, learning incentive, and social relationship effect military occupation system, position translation, and promotion plan in career scheme aspect. (3)In learning motivation domain, the identification of unit, learning incentive, and social relationship effect position translation, promotion plan, and career attitude in career scheme aspect. Taking into account the results of this research, the research proposes several recommendations in further military education domain to Ministry of National Defense(MND). Also, it offers suggestions in the aspect of research tools and methods for future study. | en_US |
