Abstract
本研究旨在探討健康管理衛生教育介入對研究對象「健康管理態度」、「健康管理自我效能」、「健康管理社會支持」之影響。研究採準實驗之實驗組、對照組前後測設計,以花蓮縣65歲以上長者為研究對象共78 人,其中實驗組31 人,對照組47 人,實驗組接受四堂健康管理衛生教育介入課程,對照組不接受任何介入。
1.實驗組研究對象在後測「健康管理態度」得分高於對照組,但未達統計上顯著差異,顯示健康管理衛生教育介入對實驗組「健康管理態度」並沒有收到預期效果,其效果可能要待長時間之觀察研究。
2.實驗組研究對象在後測「健康管理自我效能」得分高於對照組,並達統計上顯著差異,顯示健康管理衛生教育介入對實驗組「健康管理自我效能」產生改善效果。
3.實驗組研究對象在後測「健康管理社會支持」得分高於對照組,但未達統計上顯著差異,顯示健康管理衛生教育介入對實驗組「健康管理社會支持」,並沒有收到預期效果,其效果可能要待長時間之觀察研究。
4.實驗組研究對象在電子健康素養能力男性方面平均分數高於女性,以及國中以上平均分數高於國小以下教育程度,顯示男性以及高教育程度之電子健康素養能力都比較好。
根據研究結果發現,社區長者推動數位學習平板課程介入的成效佳,建議政府積極推動高齡者社會學習,可以提升電子健康素養能力。

The results showed that the electronic health literacy ability of male and high education level was better. According to the findings, it is found that the elderly people in the community are very effective in promoting the learning of the digital learning program. It is suggested that the Government should actively promote the social learning of the elderly and enhance the electronic health literacy.
