Abstract
本研究旨在探討北部地區高中職體育教師角色知覺與專業發展需求之現況、差異及關係。本研究以問卷調查法,採分層叢集抽樣選取北部地區高中職體育教師為對象,共計發出問卷398份,有效回收問卷298份,有效回收率74.87%。將所得之問卷調查資料整理後,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較及皮爾森積差相關進行資料的統整與分析。
依據研究目的,獲得研究結果如下:
一、北部地區高中職體育教師角色知覺屬中上程度。
二、北部地區高中職體育教師專業發展需求屬高等程度。
三、北部地區高中職體育教師角色知覺因性別、職務及擔任教練的不同而有顯著差異。
四、北部地區高中職體育教師專業發展需求因性別及教育背景的不同而有顯著差異。
五、北部地區高中職體育教師角色知覺與專業發展需求兩者之間關係成正相關。
依分析結果做成結論,並提出建議如下:
一、推動體育課程發展,強化教學品質。
二、職前訓練階段,強調體育專業知能的重要性。
三、鼓勵體育教師從事體育專業領域的研究與進修。
The study aims to present the status, difference and relationship of the role perception and professional development needs of physical education teachers in northern senior and vocational high schools. This study applied the questionnaire survey method. The sampling method adopted was the stratified random cluster sampling method, with the population being the physical education teachers in northern Taiwan senior and vocational high schools. A total of 398 questionnaires were issued.Among the retrieved questionnaires, 298 were valid. The valid response rate was 74.87%. The data obtained from the questionnaires were summarized and analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé posteriori multiple comparisons, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The research findings based on the research purposes are summarized below: 1. The role perception of physical education teachers in northern Taiwan senior and vocational high schools was above the medium level. 2. The professional development needs of physical education teachers in northern Taiwan senior and vocational high schools was high level. 3. The level of role perception of physical education teachers in northern Taiwan senior and vocational high schools differs due to their job position, gender and coaches on the school team. 4. The level of professional development needs of physical education teachers in northern Taiwan senior and vocational high schools differs due to their gender and education background. 5. The professional development needs is positive corelated with their role perception of physical education teachers in norther Taiwan senior and vocational high schools. According to the results of the analysis made conclusion and suggestions are as follows: 1. To promote physical education curriculum development, strengthening teaching quality. 2. At pre-training stage, emphasizing the importance of physical profession. 3. To encourage physical education teachers engaging further education and study of physical profession.
