歐陽教道德教育思想之研究

Abstract

道德問題是當前國內外社會共同面臨的挑戰，而道德教育正是因應此挑戰的重要基礎之一。我國當代教育學者歐陽教（1934-）在德育理論與實務上已深耕數十載，是奠定我國德育理論與德育研究基礎之關鍵人物，亦對當前道德困境曾有所建言，其德育思想頗值得引以為鑑。因此，本研究旨在透過理論分析法與訪談法，探討歐陽教的道德教育思想，及其德育思想對台灣現代德育之啟示。

首先，本研究先探究歐陽教的學思背景，包含其家庭背景、求學過程、教學與研究經歷等與其德育思想相關之閱歷，以作為理解其德育思想之基礎。其次，論述歐陽教在德育目的、德育內容、德育教學、德育機構、德育評價、教師的德育功能等方面之德育理念及德育實踐準則。最後，闡釋歐陽教的德育思想對當前台灣中小學德育之借鑑。

Both domestic and international societies are currently faced with moral problems. To respond to this challenge, moral education is an important basis. Oscar Jiaw Ouyang (1934-), a contemporary education scholar in Taiwan, is a key figure who laid the foundation for the theory and practice of moral education in Taiwan, and has been devoted to this field of research for decades. He has made some suggestions on contemporary moral dilemmas, and his thoughts on moral education are worth taking into consideration. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore Ouyang's ideas on moral education and their inspiration for modern moral education in Taiwan through theoretical analysis and interview.

First, this study explores Ouyang's background, including his family, education, and experience in teaching and research, as a basis for understanding his thinking on moral education. Secondly, we will discuss Ouyang's philosophy of moral education and the principles of moral education practice in terms of the objectives, content, teaching, institutions, evaluation,and the teachers’ function. Last, we will elaborate how Ouyang's ideas on moral education may be applied to the moral education in contemporary Taiwanese elementary and middle schools.
