Abstract
本研究旨在探討國民中學資訊組長的工作壓力及時間管理。本研究採用問卷調查法,以台灣本島之公立國中資訊組長為研究對象,採分層區域抽樣方式進行調查,回收有效問卷261 份。本研究的主要發現如下:
1.國民中學資訊組長工作壓力以「工作負荷」情況較高,整體評估工作壓力屬中等程度範圍。
2. 國民中學資訊組長時間管理以「人際關係」、「行政工作」的情況較高,整體評估時間管理屬中等程度範圍。
3.資訊組長會因年齡、婚姻狀況、教育背景、服務年資、專業背景、學校地區及學校規模等背景變項的不同,而有不同的工作壓力感受。
4.資訊組長會因年齡、婚姻狀況、教育背景及學校規模等背景變項的不同,而有不同的時間管理策略。
5.資訊組長的工作壓力會有不同的時間管理方式因應。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the job stress and time management for technology coordinators at public junior high schools. The study adopted the questionnaire investigation method. The 261 valid subjects, chosen from the junior high school technology coordinators of Taiwan, were randomly selected from classified groups. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1. The junior high school technology coordinators perceived a medium level of job stress. The biggest job stress was work loads. 2. The junior high school technology coordinators perceived a medium level of time management. The biggest time management was interpersonal relationships and administrative work. 3. The technology coordinators with different background variables, such as “Age”, “Marriage status”, “Education background”, “Years of serving as a teacher”, “Profession background”, “School location” and “School scale.”, perceived different levels of work stress. 4.The technology coordinators with different background variables, such as “Age”, “Marriage status”, “Education background”, and “School scale.” perceived different levels of time management.
