儲備分行經理管理職能發展之實務研究

Abstract
現今金融市場競爭激烈,分行經理人才是否充足是銀行未來經營績效成敗的一大關鍵指標。銀行經營朝向綜合化發展,須跨業整合銀行、證券、保險、租賃及其他衍生性金融商品等金融業務方具競爭力,然面對銀行業務越來越複雜多元,必須選擇抗壓性高且具備全方位能力者擔任分行經理。個案A銀行遂導入管理職能評鑑中心制度,以有效鑑別儲備分行經理之管理能力,除聚焦在其管理職能提升的個人發展計劃上,並持續運用「歷練研修」及「職能複評」來追蹤其發展狀況是否已達分行經理應具備的水準。故本研究係以個案方式瞭解儲備分行經理管理職能發展之實務狀況,以深入討論在人才培育過程中真正幫助其能力成長的影響因素,並歸納研究與討論結果,提出具體結論與建議,供個案企業後續推展之參考。
As intense competition in the financial markets, the adequacy of the branch manager of talent is one of the key indicators for banks business performance in the future. Towards the Comprehensive development, banks need to integrate financial business such as banking, securities, insurance, leasing , and other derivatives cross industry. Facing the banking increasingly complex and diverse, must choose whom being high resistance to stress and having all-round ability as branch managers. In order to effectively identify the management competency of the reserve branch managers, Case Bank A have been imported the assessment center system of the management competency. They have been focused on enhancing the management competency of the individual development plan, and continued using the "Experience training" and "Management competency re-evaluation". To keep tracking of their development have been achieved the standard of the branch manager should meet. This study is based on a case-by-case basis understanding which the practical situation for management competency of the reserve branch managers. To discuss in depth about the influencing factors truly help developing their ability in the talent cultivation process. In order to summarize the results of research and propose specificconclusions and recommendations, available for Case Bank A to follow-up extended references.
