Abstract
此論文是研究飛秒雷射照射後,大腸桿菌活性降低的效率研究。實驗中利用30μm寬的微流道系統與800μm寬的毛細管系統(Capillary system)作為大腸桿菌接受飛秒雷射作用的流道。實驗時使用能量為250mW、波長為415nm的飛秒雷射脈衝照射大腸桿菌。此脈衝是由100fs,波長830nm的鈦-藍寶石雷射經由倍頻輸出而獲得。實驗結果顯示毛細管系統(Capillary system)的細菌量衰減對數 (Log reduction )在5小時內可達到6,也就是說由每毫升〖3.7×10〗^7個大腸桿菌經5小時照射後,具有活性的細菌數目小於10。
In this study, the efficiency of inactivation of Escherichia coli by femtosecond laser irradiation is investigated. Utilized the capillary and PDMS micro-molding fluidic system, the dependence of the efficiency of inactivation of Escherichia coli on the fluence of femtosecond laser is reported, and we found the 6-log viability reduction can be reached within 2-hour irradiation by femtosecond laser with laser output 250 mw and 415 nm in wavelength.
