Abstract
本文旨在從Pierre Bourdieu提出的「文化資本」與Amartya Sen倡議的「能力取向」，據以探討社經文化殊異資優生的教育機會均等議題，並提出四點建議來加以推進：(1)培育教育人員成為知識轉化者；(2)運用多元文化課程設計取向；(3)提升轉換資源的能力，以利發揮功能；(4)重視學生的選擇，並賦予真實的機會。
Using Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of cultural capital and Amartya Sen’s theory of capability approach as a framework, this paper sought to examine the equality of educational opportunity for low SES and culturally diverse gifted students and offer four suggestions for promoting equality of educational opportunity. These suggestions are (1) nurturing teachers as transformative intellectuals; (2) using approaches to multicultural curriculum; (3) improving an individual’s abilities to convert resources and maximize development; (4) providing students with many options with respect and opportunities to realize themselves.
