台灣東部地區高工專業教師評鑑指標之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討台灣東部地區高工專業教師評鑑指標之研究。為達成研究目的,首先透過文獻的整理與分析,建立研究的整體架構,其次,根據文獻分析的結果,編製「台灣東部地區高工專業教師評鑑指標問卷」為研究工具,此問卷具有良好的信、效度。 本研究採用問卷調查法、分層隨機抽樣法,以台灣東部地區公、私立高工學校8所、198位專業教師和5,900位學生為母群體。共抽取45位專業教師和600名學生為施測對象,使用的統計分析方法主要包括:次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、平均數差異考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)等。經分析結果,獲致下列主要結論: 一、台灣東部地區高工學校校長、專業教師及學生對「專業教師評鑑指標」均傾向於「非常重要」。 二、校長對「專業教師評鑑指標」的「行政服務」層面重要性最高,專業教師認為「人格特質」層面重要性最高,而學生以「學生輔導」層面重要性最高。 三、專業教師對「專業教師評鑑指標」,因背景因素(諸如:性別、年齡、任教年資、學校隸屬、最高學歷、任教群別、擔任職務)的不同而無顯著差異。 四、學生對「專業教師評鑑指標」,因背景因素(諸如:性別、學校隸屬、就讀群別、就讀年級)的不同而無顯著差異。 五、專業教師與學生對「專業教師評鑑指標」的各個層面之重要程度,因角色不同有差異。 根據文獻分析、研究發現及結論,研究者對教育行政機關、高工職業學校、教師及後續研究者分別提出一些建議,以供改進教學及後續研究之參考。
The main purpose of the study is to investigate and research the evaluation indicators of vocational high school professional teacher in east area Taiwan. In order to achieve this processing and analysis of document should be the prime task so that the complete framer works may be constructed. According to the consegunce of documental analysis, then, “Questionnaire of professional teacher of evaluation indicators of vocational high school in east area Taiwan” can be edited as the means of this study; It possessed very high reliability and validity. The research method employed in this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. Including 8 private and public vocational high school, 198 professional teachers and 5,900 students as population. A sample of 45 professional teachers and 600 students was stratified random sampling from 8 schools. And the data was analyzed by using the method of descriptive and inferential statistics, including: frequency distribution, mean and standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA. After the data was analyzed, the main findings can be concluded as follows: The principals, professional teachers and students at eastern vocational high schools in east area Taiwan regard “ evaluation indicators of pprofessional teachers ” as “ indispensable ”. The principles think that the “ administration services ” in evaluation indicators are important. The professional teachers think that the “ personal charoctristics ” are important. The students think that the “ student guidances “ are important. The professional teachers think that there are no significant differences due to background factors. Such as: sex, age, years of teaching, private or public schools, teachers’ schooling, and teachers’ jobs. The students think that there are o significant differences due to background factors. Such as: sex, private or public schools, and grades. The students and professional teachers think that the levels of importances of various items in evaluation indicators are different due to. Their role. According to documental analysis, research and conclusion, the researcher proposes some suggestions to education administrations, vocational high schools teacher, and future researchers, in order to improve the teaching and provide data as reference.
