組織氣候、組織學習與工作滿意度關係之研究-以國營T公司人資人員為例

dc.description.abstract企業建立有利員工學習發展的環境,提供尊重、創新、穩定的組織氣候,將會增進員工的學習意願,並提升員工工作滿意度。故本研究以台電公司人資人員為研究對象,研究目的乃探討人資人員知覺組織氣候特質,及參與組織學習程度與工作滿意度的相關性。 本研究採問卷調查法,針對個案企業台灣電力公司的人資人員進行立意取樣,共發放問卷280份,有效回收問卷260份。並以獨立樣本t檢定、變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行研究假設之驗證。 本研究發現人資人員之組織氣候知覺與組織學習間存在相關性,組織氣候知覺與工作滿意度間存在正相關,組織學習知覺與工作滿意度間存在正相關,組織氣候、組織學習對工作滿意度皆有正向影響,組織學習對於組織氣候與工作滿意度具有部分中介效果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe enterprises want to enhances employee’s job satisfaction, the most important thing is to establish a innovative, stable and encourage learning work environment. The study aims to explore the correlation between Organizational Climate (OC) ,Organizational Learning (OL) and Job Satisfaction (JS). In addition, it adopts questionnaire survey, investigation the HR administrator in Taiwan Power Company. A total of 280 questionnaires were sent to the sample of the study. By the deadline of the sampling stage, 260 valid questionnaires were returned to the researcher, yielding 93.8% of respondent rate. The analytical methods include independent sample t test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis method were used analyze the data. The result of this paper shows the HR administrator perceived OC correlation betweenOL,and the OC relationship was positively with JS, and the OL relationship was positively with JS.The OC and OL have positive influence on JS. The OL had only the partial mediation effect on the relationship between OC and JS.en_US
