dc.description.abstract目的:探討八週戰繩訓練對軍校生戰技及體能之影響。方法:以30名身體健康無痼疾之軍校生為研究對象(年齡:21.8 ±1.0歲),區分為控制組15名維持軍校部隊基礎訓練,實驗組15名進行連續8週、每週2次、每次約30分鐘的戰繩訓練,觀察訓練後各項戰技及體能成績之變化,將所得數據採混合設計二因子變異數分析,針對組別及時間因子進行統計考驗,顯著水準定為α<.05,當交互作用達顯著時,則進行單純主要效果分析。結果:(1)實驗組的訓練前後僅3000公尺徒手跑步項目未進步,其餘項目皆有進步(p<.05);(2)控制組的二分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳遠、五百公尺障礙超越及高牆等4項有進步(p<.05);(3)實驗組與控制組在前、後測成績進步幅度之比較,發現在二分鐘伏地挺身、一分鐘引體向上、握力(慣用手、非慣用手)、爬竿及手榴彈投擲等6項達顯著差異(p<.05),且實驗組均優於控制組。結論:本研究證實使用戰繩訓練在提升國軍體能及戰技具有良好成效,可提供各級部隊參考使用,擴充多元訓練方式提高訓練效益。 關鍵詞:戰繩訓練、國軍戰技、基本體能zh_TW
dc.description.abstractPurpose: To explore the effect of eight weeks of battle rope training on the combat skills and physical fitness of military school students. Methods: 30 military academies who were healthy and free from illnesses were selected as the research subjects (age: 21.8 ± 1.0 year old), 15 members in the control group maintained basic training for military academy troops, and 15 members in the experimental group received battle rope training for about 30 minutes each time for 8 consecutive weeks, twice a week. Observe the changes in various combat skills and physical performance after training. The mixed design two-factor variance analysis (group and time) was used for statistics and the significance level was set as α=.05. When the interaction effect was noted, the pure main effect analysis was performed. Results: (1) In the experimental group, there was no improvement in the 3000-meter bare-handed running before and after training, while other events showed improvement (p<.05); (2) Two-minute sit-ups, standing long jump, 500-meter obstacle surpassing, and high wall improvement in the control group (p<.05); (3) Larger changes of push-ups in two minutes, pull-ups in one minute, grip strength (dominant and non-dominant hands), pole climbing and grenade throwing after training in the experimental group than those in the control group (p<.05). Conclusion: The use of battle rope training has a good effect in improving the physical fitness and combat skills. It can beused as a reference for all levels of troops and expand multiple training methods to improve training effectiveness.Key words: battle rope training, national military combat skills, basic physical fitnessen_US
