dc.description.abstract中文摘要 本研究主要目的在探討生涯規劃課程對高一男生涯決定困難、生涯自我效能與決策型態的實施效果,並探討高一男生涯決定困難、生涯自我效能與決策型態之間的關係。以臺北市成功高中95學年度就讀高一學生之160 人為研究對象,採用準實驗研究法設計。所使用的研究工具包括「生涯決定困難量表」、「生涯決策自我效能量表」及「決策型態量表」,所得資料以單因子多變項共變數分析、典型相關分析及質性方式進行資料分析。 一、本研究之生涯規劃課程的實施對降低參與者之生涯決定困難有統計上的顯著意義;尤其在「尚未準備就緒」、「訊息不足」及「文化環境因素」上,其實驗效果有統計上的顯著意義。 二、本研究之生涯規劃課程對促進參與者之生涯自我效能有統計上的顯著意義;在「生涯計畫」及「生涯資料蒐集」上,其實驗效果有統計上的顯著意義。 三、本研究之生涯規劃課程對促進參與者之決策型態察覺有顯著效果。 四、本研究發現生涯決定困難與生涯自我效能有顯著相關。 五、本研究發現決策型態與生涯決定困難有顯著相關。 六、本研究發現決策型態與生涯自我效能有顯著相關。 此外,本研究針對生涯規劃課程的實施內涵進行質性分析,並根據研究結果做進一步的討論,提出建議,以做為高中生涯輔導實務與未來研究之參考。 關鍵詞:生涯規劃課程、生涯決定困難、生涯自我效能、決策型態zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAbstract The purpose of the study was to explore the influence of career planning curriculum on 10th grade students in terms of their perceptions on career decision-making difficulty, career self-efficacy and decision-making style. The interrelationship among career decision-making difficulty, career self-efficacy and decision-making style perceived by those students were also examined in this study. For curriculum effects, the quasi-experimental design was adopted. The participants were 160 first-year students in Taipei Chenggong High School. Their responses to the Career Decision Making Difficulty Scale, Career Self-Efficacy Scale were analyzed by one-way MACOVA. Canonical Correlation Analysis was also applied. Research results were found as follows: 1. There was a significant change in CDMD scale after career planning curriculum, especially on the scales of Not Ready Yet, Ill-Informed, and Culture/Environment Factors. 2. The implementation of career planning curriculum has no significant effects upon the improvement of career life-efficacy; yet, there is significant effect on the scales of Career Planning and Career Information Collection. 3. The implementation of career planning curriculum was significantly effective to improve subjects’ decision-making style. The experimentation on the scales of Rational, Independent, and Intuitive also showed the similar results. 4. The canonical correlation analysis showed significantly positive relationships between career decision-making difficulties and career self-efficacy. 5. The decision-making style and career decision-making achieved were positively correlated. 6. The correlation between decision-making style and career self-efficacy achieved were also significant. Furthermore, this research contains the qualitative data analysis of this career-planning curriculum. Suggestions were provided based on conclusion results for the future study related to career counseling tasks in senior high schools.
