Abstract
本研究是一位終身學習母親對其生命經驗的自我敘事研究。研究者藉由自我敘事的文本故事,嘗試以終身學習為主軸,從過去的生命經驗中,探討其重要的主題與意義,並以此自我覺察生命歷程裏,因學習而引發新的實踐行動。研究者以敘事分析其一生的人際關係和生活主題,從八個不同的面向檢視人際關係,探索五個生活主題中發現,建立終身學習觀念前後階段中,存在著相同的生活主題,卻又顯現不同的風貌、呈現出不同的人際角色扮演。此外,更透過深入探究文本後,找到研究者偏向樂觀的敍事基調。本研究以Crossley參考McAdams所提出的敘事心理分析為藍圖,自生活文本中,整理出故事六大問題的答案。研究發現,透過終身學習引發個人觀念轉化,讓生命經驗不斷累積及深化,使研究者從一位有著固定框架、思考僵化的平凡婦女,轉化成一位願意思考、懂得寬容的終身學習母親。研究者綜觀其人生,因為學習而更加樂觀幸福,並且更勇於追求自己的目標;同時覺察在終身學習的道路上,除了學習自我探索、增加教養孩子的各方面知識及經營家庭動力之外,更透過敘事分析瞭解,終身學習的過程,常能洞察自己內在動機與渴望,接續亦能引發一連串實踐行動,完成自我設定的目標,以及期許自我實現完成目標、成為一位助人工作者。
This research is a self-narrative study of a lifelong learning mother on her life experience. Researcher use self-narrative text stories to try to take lifelong learning as the main axis, explore important themes and meanings from past life experiences, and use this to self-aware of the life course that triggers new practical actions due to learning.The researcher analyzes her life's interpersonal relationships and life themes with narratives, examines interpersonal relationships from eight different aspects, and explores five life themes. She finds that the same life themes exist before and after the establishment of the concept of lifelong learning, but they appear again. Different styles, showing different interpersonal role-playing. In addition, after in-depth exploration of the text, the researcher's narrative tone that is biased towards optimism is found. This research uses Crossley's narrative psychoanalysis proposed by McAdams as a blueprint, and sorts out the answers to the six major questions of the story from the life text. The study found that through lifelong learning, the transformation of personal ideas is triggered, and life experience is continuously accumulated and deepened. This enables researchers to transform from an ordinary woman with a fixed framework and rigid thinking to a lifelong learning mother who is willing to think and understands tolerance. Researcher look at her life and are more optimistic and happy because of learning, and are more courageous in pursuing her own goals. At the same time, She is aware that on the road of lifelong learning, in addition to learning self-exploration, increasing knowledge in all aspects of raising children and managing family motivation, through narrative analysis and understanding, the process of lifelong learning can often provide insights into one's inner motivations and desires. The continuation can also trigger a series of practical actions to complete self-set goals, and hope to achieve self-fulfillment goals and become a helping worker.
