國小六年級學生參與職業試探課程對生涯覺察力與生涯自我效能之影響—以新北市為例

Abstract

本研究旨在探討新北市國小六年級學生參與職業試探課程對生涯覺察力與生涯自我效能之影響,並檢驗生涯覺察力在兩者間的中介角色。本研究採量化調查研究法,問卷內容包括參與職探課程經驗、生涯覺察力量表與生涯自我效能量表,共回收351份有效問卷。資料以描述統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析與結構方程模型(SEM)進行分析處理。本研究結論如下:(1)整體學生的生涯覺察力與生涯自我效能皆顯著高於中立水準,顯示學生職涯基礎能力偏向正向;(2)參與職業試探課程之學生在生涯覺察力與生涯自我效能得分明顯高於未參與之學生;(3)參與職業試探課程之學生,其生涯覺察力可顯著預測生涯自我效能;(4)參與職業試探課程之學生生涯覺察力部分中介於參與職業試探課程與生涯自我效能。依據研究分析結果,分別對教育行政單位、國小學校與教師及未來研究給予建議。
This study aimed to understand the effect of on career awareness and career self-efficacy among sixth-grade elementary school students in New Taipei City, and to examine the mediation role of career awareness between career exploration courses and career self-efficacy.This study adopted a survey method. Questionnaires content included experiences of participation in career exploration courses, a career aware-ness scale, and a career self-efficacy scale. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, one-sample t-test, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM). A total of 351 valid questionnaires were collected.The research findings were as follows: (1) Students' career awareness and career self-efficacy were significantly higher than average level. (2) Students who participated in career exploration courses scored significantly higher in career awareness and career self-efficacy compared to those who did not participate. (3) Students who participated in career exploration courses significantly predicted their career self-efficacy. (4) Students' career awareness gained from participating in career exploration courses had a par-tial mediation effect between course participation and career self-efficacy.Based on the research findings, recommendations are provided for edu-cational administrative units, elementary schools , teachers, as well as for future research.
