台北市立國中學生游泳課學習滿意度之調查研究

Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解目前台北市立國中學校游泳課實施現況、探討學
生對於游泳課學習滿意度情形以及影響學生滿意度高低之因素,並提出建議,以俾提供教育行政機關、台北市各級學校及體育教師作為改善及規劃游泳課之參考。根據研究目的,本研究以自編問卷為研究工具,進行問卷調查。回收有效組長問卷47份、學生問卷1269份,並將所得資料經描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及薛費法事後考驗等統計方法進行處理。主要研究結果如下:
一、台北市立國中游泳課實施現況
(一)師資符合合格體育科教師資格比率達98.1%;其中擁有游泳C
級以上教練證比率44.5%、救生員執照48.4%。
(二)有附設游泳池設施學校游泳課實施節數,在21節以上比率達78.2%,而無游泳池學校僅達25%。
(三)無附設游泳池設施學校實施時間,以平日體育課為主;實施對象以九年級為主。
二、台北市立國中學生對游泳課學習滿意情形大致良好(平均得分3.43),各項因素之滿意程度依序為教師教學、同儕關係、學習效果、場地設施與衛生安全、學校行政。
三、性別、就讀學校有無附設游泳池設施、學校規模、游泳能力等不同背景變項之台北市立國中學生,在游泳課學習滿意度皆達顯著差異。
The purpose of this research is to understand the state of swimming classes in Taipei Municipal High School, and to explore the degree of students’ satisfaction with swimming classes and the causes that effect the satisfaction of students. Next, with the result of the research, we can recommend the educational administrative organizations, schools in Taipei and physical education teachers the ways to improve and plan swimming classes. Base on the purpose of the research, we survey with the question . We take back 47 effective questionaries of group leaders and 1269 effective questionaries of students. Then all the received data are dealt with the statistics, independence t-test, one-way ANOVA, and the Scheffe post hoc analysis method. The main results of the research are as below: A.The state of the swimming classes in Taipei Municipal High School (a)The rate of the competent physical education teachers is 98.1 % ;among them, the rate of the teachers with swimming licenses of C degree is 44.5%、the rate of the lifesavers with licenses is 48.4%. (b)The rate of the courses over 21 classes in the schools with swimming pools is 78.2%, but the schools without swimming pools is only 25%. (c)The administration time of swimming classes in schools without pools is during PE classes, and the students who take swimming classes are in the ninth grade. B.The satisfaction about the swimming classes of the Taipei Municipal school students is good. ( The average score is 3.43.) The priority that effects the satisfaction is teaching of the teachers、the relation between the peer group、learning effects、safety of location and the school administration. C. The satisfaction of Taipei Municipal school students with different genders、studying in schools with or without pools、dimension of school、swimming ability are obviously different.
