Abstract

本研究旨在了解臺北市公立國小音樂教師實施音樂跨領域教學之情形、學生學習成效及臺北市公立國小音樂教師對於音樂跨領域教學之建議。研究採問卷調查法,以自編之「臺北市國小音樂教師實施跨領域教學情形之調查問卷」進行,針對臺北市公立國小音樂教師實施普查,得197份有效問卷。依據研究目的與問題,本研究採次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差等描述性統計,以及獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析進行資料分析與處理,並根據研究結果提出結論與建議。研究結論如下:一、臺北市公立國小音樂教師近八成曾實施音樂跨領域教學,大多採藝術領域進行音樂跨領域教學,但仍主要為單一教師授課,並以高年級為主要實施對象。二、在未實施音樂跨領域教學之教師中,「學校規模」和「教師音樂教學年資」對於未實施音樂跨領域教學之原因有顯著性的影響 。三、音樂教師對於實施音樂跨領域教學能使學生產生知識、能力與態度的成效,表達出高認同度。四、臺北市公立國小音樂教師認為學校多給予教師支持,能提升教師實施音樂跨領域教學之意願。研究者根據結論,分別針對國小音樂跨領域教學、教育行政單位以及後續研究者提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to investigate public elementary school music teachers’ cross-disciplinary instruction status, students’ learning effectiveness as well as music teachers’ suggestions for cross-disciplinary instruction in Taipei City. A consensus survey study was conducted targeting public elementary school music teachers using the self-developed research instrument “A Survey Questionnaire on Music Teachers’ Cross-Disciplinary Instruction Status at Public Elementary Schools in Taipei City.” A total of 197 valid questionnaires were obtained.Based on the research purposes and questions, this study utilized descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation as well as independent t-test, One-way ANOVA for data analysis to come up with research findings for reaching conclusions and proposing recommendations. The conclusions were stated as follows:Firstly, about 80% of the public elementary school music teachers in Taipei City ever implemented cross-disciplinary music instruction. Among them, they mostly conducted within-domain cross-disciplinary instruction to integrate the music subject with other arts subjects. The cross-disciplinary instruction was mainly taught by single teachers and mostly instructed to upper-grade students.Secondly, for those music teachers who did not ever conduct cross-disciplinary music instruction, the factors of “school size” and “music teaching years” were found to be significantly influential.Thirdly, music teachers strongly agreed that the implementation of cross-disciplinary music instruction would help students to obtain the effect in knowledge, skills and attitudes.Lastly, the public elementary school music teachers in Taipei City believed that the support from schools could elevate their willingness to conduct cross-disciplinary music instruction.The researcher proposed recommendations for elementary cross-disciplinary music instruction, for education administrative units and for future studies based on the research conclusions.
