Abstract
本研究乃以屏東縣國中學生為研究對象,旨在探討國中弱勢族群學生中的低收入戶學生、外籍配偶子女學生與原住民學生的數位落差現況,並進一步探討家庭因素與資訊近用條件對弱勢族群學生數位落差的影響。
本研究採問卷調查法,依據文獻分析與相關研究的結果,改編成「屏東縣國民中學學生數位落差現況調查問卷」,以屏東縣33所縣立國中(含一所私立代用國中)為取樣對象,共發出1549份問卷,回收1302份問卷,有效問卷1231份。本研究以多因子變異數分析家庭因素及資訊近用條件對弱勢族群學生數位落差的影響。依據研究結果,本研究之主要發現如下:
ㄧ、低收入戶學生、外配子女學生與原住民學生間存在數位落差。
二、家庭因素(父母親族群、母親職業、家庭類型)與國中弱勢族群學生的數位落差有顯著相關。
三、資訊近用(有無電腦、有無網路)與國中弱勢族群學生的數位落差有顯著相關。
最後,依據本研究之發現與結論,針對教育行政機關、學校行政單位、家庭提出具體建議,並對未來相關研究提出進一步研究建議。
The subjects of the study are junior high school students in Pingtung county. The purpose of the study is to investigate the digital gap of the students from minority groups, the families of lower income, foreign spouses and aborigines included and further examine the effect of family factors and information access on the digital divide of the students from minority groups. The study is based on the questionnaire. According to the findings of literatures and relevant studies to edit the questionnaire of the digital gap of the junior high school students in Pingtung county, the subjects are sampled from a total of 33 junior high schools (a private school included) in Pingtung county. A total of 1549 copies are sent, 1302 copies are received, and 1231 copies are available. The study based on the analysis of multi-factor variables releases the effect of family factors and information access on the digital divide of the students from minority groups. According to the study, the main findings are following: 1. There is a significant difference in the digital divide among the students from the families of lower income, foreign spouses and aborigines. 2. There is an important relation to the digital divide between family factors (parental groups, mother’s career and the type of family) and the students from minority groups. 3. There is an important relation to the digital divide between information access (with computers or not and with Internet or not) and the students from minority groups. Finally, according to the findings and conclusions of the study, give the institutions of education administration, the divisions of school administration and the families some suggestions and relevant studies in the future.
