Abstract
政府2019年訂定為「臺灣地方創生元年」,且國家發展委員會和行政院,目前持續推動打造永續共好地方創生3.0政策,地方創生除了鄉鎮之外,城市也需要地方創生。本研究旨在探討臺北市萬華區地方創生的文化生態內涵,統整萬華舊街區的文化地景演變,地方活化與再利用的現象。本研究採用的研究方法,是以質性和量化研究方式並行,包括:文件分析法、深度訪談法以及問卷調查法。研究結果發現萬華的文化創新在許多面向中實踐,萬華的文化資產中,龍山寺為國定古蹟,其他尚有市定古蹟和歷史建築,而部分景點涵蓋於老屋漫遊和老屋探險路線的路線中,有許多具有文化創新的景點。此外,本研究並統整萬華區的臺北造起來和老屋新用計畫在萬華執行的情況。另外,問卷調查結果顯示,萬華居民對於文化創意、懷舊感知、地方創生參與程度和社區認同都持正向的觀點;不同年齡層的居民對於地方創生參與程度有顯著差異;在萬華居住時間的長短對於地方創生的各個構面有顯著差異;此外,地方創生的各個構面皆有顯著相關性。萬華地區的地方創生正持續進行中,本研究發現萬華豐富的文化底蘊,透過政府地方創生的相關政策和計畫,不僅提升了居民的生活品質,也產生世代交替和傳承的現象,這些都是萬華得以永續發展的重要元素。
The government designated 2019 as the first year of Regional Revitalization in Taiwan. Currently, the Executive Yuan and the National Development Council are continuously promoting the Sustainable and Beneficial Regional Revitalization 3.0 policy. Regional Revitalization is not only needed in towns and villages but also in cities. The theme of this study is to explore the cultural ecological connotation of Regional revitalization in Taipei's Wanhua District, integrating the cultural ecological evolution of the old streets in Wanhua District, the phenomenon of Regional revitalization and reuse, and why regional revitalization is needed in Wanhua District. It analyzes the changes in population structure and industries, consolidates the cultural assets of Wanhua District, and explores residents' thoughts on regional revitalization and their level of identification with Wanhua District. The research methodology of this study combinesqualitative and quantitative research methods, including document analysis, in-depth interviews, and questionnaire surveys. The study found that cultural innovation in Wanhua is evident in many aspects. Longshan Temple is a nationally designated historic site, with other city-designated historic sites and historical buildings also present. Some attractions are covered by routes such as the Old House Roaming and Old House Exploration routes. Wanhua has many culturally innovative attractions. Wanhua residents hold positive views on cultural creativity, nostalgia perception, participation in regional revitalization, and community identity. There are significant differences in the level of participation in local revitalization among residents of different age groups. The length of residence in Wanhua also shows significant differences in various aspects of Regional Revitalization. Additionally, there are significant correlations among various aspects of regional revitalization.Regional revitalization in the Wanhua area is ongoing, and these rich cultural resources are essential elements for its sustainable development.
