台灣北區公立國民中學電腦教師工作滿意度之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討台灣北區公立國民中學電腦教師的工作滿意度,與不同個人屬性變項(性別、婚姻、年齡、學歷背景)及不同工作屬性變項(任教年資、兼任行政狀況、任教地區)的國民中學電腦教師工作滿意度的差異。採用問卷調查法,以台灣北區七縣市(臺北市、臺北縣、基隆市、桃園縣、新竹市、新竹縣、宜蘭縣)公立國民中學電腦教師為普查對象,共計發出問卷486份,回收有效問卷452份,可用率為93%。統計方法則使用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Scheffe’法進行事後比較等方法加以分析及進行考驗。 壹、本研究發現工作滿意度構面由高至低依序是:人際溝通(滿意度最高達3.7039)、行政領導、教學工作、工作環境、進修升遷、薪資報酬(滿意度最低為3.1897),仍有改善空間。 貳、就背景變項而言:一、「男性」電腦教師在「行政領導」構面上滿意度高於「女性」電腦教師。二、「40歲以上」國中電腦教師在「教學工作」及「薪資報酬」構面及「整體工作滿意度」高於「30~39歲」的教師。三、「資訊相關系所畢業」的國中電腦教師在「教學工作」及「工作環境」高於「資訊非相關系所畢業」之教師。四、任教年資「16年以上」的國中電腦教師在「薪資報酬」構面高於「6~10年」的教師。五、「無兼任行政工作」的教師之工作滿意度在「教學工作」構面高於「有兼任行政工作」的教師。六、「都市地區」教師在「教學工作」構面及「整體工作滿意度高於「偏遠地區」的教師。七、「都市地區」及「鄉鎮地區」教師在「工作環境」構面高於「偏遠地區」的教師,且「鄉鎮地區」的電腦教師滿意度也顯著高於「偏遠地區」的教師。根據上述發現本研究指出四項結論與四項建議。 關鍵字:工作滿意度、電腦教師、台灣北區、公立國民中學
The purpose of this study aims to explore the job satisfaction of computer teachers in public junior high schools in northern Taiwan and the differences between personal attribute variables (genders, marital statuses, ages and educational background) and different work attribute variables (seniority of teaching, doing the administrative work at the same time and teaching areas). The study was made in questionnaires with the target of computer teachers in public high school in seven cities/counties (Taipei City, Taipei County, Keelung City, Taoyuan County, Hsinchu City, Hsinchu County and Ilan County). A total of 486 questionnaires were issued with 425 copies returned at the usability ratio at 93%. In statistics, frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis and Scheffe’ method for post comparison were used to make analysis and test. I.From the study, it is found that the job satisfaction structure arranged from the top to bottom is: interpersonal communication (with the highest satisfaction at 3.7309), administration leadership, teaching work, work environment, advanced study and promotion, salary and remuneration (lowest satisfaction at 3.1897) with room for improvement. II.In background variables: 1. “male” computer teachers have higher satisfaction in “administration leadership” than “female” counterparts; 2. computer teachers “over 40” at junior high schools have higher satisfaction in “teaching work,” “salary and remuneration” and “overall job satisfaction” than those between “30 and 39;” 3. computer teachers “graduating from information-related departments” have higher satisfaction in “teaching work” and “work environment” than those “graduating from non-information-related departments; 4. computer teachers with tenure of “over 16 years” have higher satisfaction in “salary and remuneration” construct than those with tenure of “6-10 years;” 5. computer teachers “without doing administrative work at the same time” are more satisfied than those “having to do administrative work at the same time;” 6. computer teachers in “urban area” are more satisfied in “teaching work” construct and “overall job satisfaction” than those in “towns and townships;” 7. computer teachers in “urban area” and “towns and townships” have higher satisfaction in “work environment” construct than those in “rural area” while those in “towns and townships” have significantly higher satisfaction than those in “rural area.” Based on the above findings, the study would like to make four conclusions and four suggestions.
