台北縣國中學生理財素養與行為之相關研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討國中學生之理財素養與理財行為的現況。首先從文獻中討論理財素養的意義、理財素養的內涵、理財素養的重要性,接著分析各國理財素養調查與研究結果,再檢視理財素養與行為之相關實證研究,做為本研究問卷設計之參考。本研究參酌國內外有關理財素養與行為的問卷,自編「國中學生理財素養與行為」調查問卷,探究不同背景變項是否影響國中學生的理財素養與理財行為,以及學生理財素養與行為之間的相關性。調查資料以SPSS 12.0電腦軟體處理,採用描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析與事後多重比較、多元迴歸分析等方式進行統計分析,本研究結果敘述如下:
一、台北縣國中學生理財素養程度良好,在「消費與信用」向度表現最佳。
二、台北縣國中學生理財行為表現尚可,在「信用與借貸」向度表現最佳。
三、不同背景變項學生,在理財素養部分向度有顯著差異,女性國中學生、所居住的房屋為自有、有打工經驗、父親最高學歷越高、閱讀財經訊息頻率越頻繁,其理財素養程度越高。
四、不同背景變項學生,在理財行為部分向度有顯著差異,所居住的房屋為自有、有打工經驗、父親最高學歷越高、閱讀財經訊息頻率越頻繁,其理財行為表現越好。
五、台北縣國中學生理財素養與理財行為大部分向度間達到顯著正相關,理財素養之知識越豐富與態度越正向,其理財行為之決策與表現越正確、越有效。
六、台北縣國中學生理財素養對於理財行為有顯著的解釋力,本研究結果顯示當國中學生的所得與金錢管理、風險與保險、財務責任三項向度的知識越豐富、態度越正確,其理財行為表現越好。
The purposes of this study were to understand the current financial literacy and financial behavior among junior high school students in Taipei County, and to examine the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior. The study is conducted with questionnaires designed based on literature review and related empirical studies. The questionnaires were distributed to the junior high school students in Taipei County, and 1,200 valid questionnaires. According to the answers given by the respondents, data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, t-test, one way ANONA, and Spearman correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Then the collected data were analyzed and discussed. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The junior high school students of Taipei County show good sense and positive attitude in financial literacy. 2. The junior high school students of Taipei County display ordinary and medium degree in financial behavior. 3. The variance analysis of students' financial literacy shows that variables such as “gender”, “having their own house”, “working experience”, “father's academic background”, “frequency of reading financial information”, have significant differences in students' financial literacy. 4. The variance analysis of students' financial behavior shows that variables such as “having their own house”, “working experience”, “father's academic background”, “frequency of reading financial information”, have significant differences in students' financial behavior. 5. There is a positive correlation between students' financial literacy and financial behavior, which means the better the students' financial literacy is, the better the students' financial behavior is, and vice versa. 6. Simultaneous multiple stepwise regression analysis indicates that the students' financial literacy has ample explanation to students' financial behavior. All the aspects of students' financial literacy account entirely for 35% of variance, and among them “Income and Money Management” 、“Risk Management and Insurance”、“Financial Responsibility”has the greatest influence.
