臺灣中高齡者社會參與與生活滿意度之關係：成功老化的中介效果

Abstract

本研究旨在探討臺灣中老年人的社會參與、成功老齡化與生活滿意度之間的關係。此外，它旨在檢驗成功老齡化作為社會參與以及生活滿意度之間關係的中介作用。該研究特別針對居住在臺北市大安區和中正區的中老年人，使用便利抽樣法來選擇參與者共收集了238份有效問卷，其中包括106名男性（44.5%）和132名女性（55.5%）。隨後使用SPSS描述性統計和Pearson相關分析來進行統計分析，並使用結構方程模型作為本研究的數據分析。研究結果表示：（1）社會參與以及生活滿意度正相關；（2）社會參與以及成功老化是有相關；（3）成功老化對生活滿意度有顯著影響；（4）成功老化證明其對預測社會參與以及生活滿意度之間關係的中介效果。該研究的結果為對這一特定研究領域有著強烈興趣或熱情的專業人士提供了專門的知識和觀點。

This study seeks to explore the relationship between social participation, successful aging, and life satisfaction among middle-aged and older adults in Taiwan. Additionally, it aims to examine the role of successful aging as a mediator in the relationship between social participation and life satisfaction. The research focuses specifically on middle-aged and older adults residing in Da'an and Zhongzheng Districts of Taipei, using the convenience sampling method in selecting participants. A total of 238 valid questionnaires were collected, comprising 106 males (44.5%) and 132 females (55.5%). Subsequently, statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics, and Pearson correlation analysis were presented using SPSS as well as the structured equation model was employed for data analysis. The results of the hypotheses test prove that (1) social participation is positively related to life satisfaction; (2) social participation is related to successful aging; (3) successful aging has a significant impact on life satisfaction; and (4) successful aging fully demonstrate its mediating effect on predicting the relationship between social participation and life satisfaction. The findings of the study have provided knowledge and viewpoints specifically for professionals who have a keen interest or passion for this particular field of study.
