金管會理財教育《個人理財-國中篇》教材融入社會領域公民科之行動研究

Abstract
金管會宣布推動「金融知識普及計畫」與教育部合作,於民國一百年起實施的九年一貫新課綱加入投資理財觀念作為能力指標,理財教育正式納入國三上學期公民課程。身為國中公民教師的研究者而言,對於金管會「理財教育」教材如何融入國中社會學習領域課程是有著不安及焦慮的情緒。
基於上述研究背景與動機,本研究主要以行動研究探討將金管會理財教育教材融入社會領域公民科之教學成效,探索有效的教學策略,期望能設計一套適合國中生學習的理財課程的教案,以推廣應用於國中的理財教育的教學中。
根據研究的結果及分析,得到結論如下:
一、金管會理財教育教材融入公民科的教學計畫
(一)使用具體的教學策略將金管會理財教育教材融入公民科是適合的;
(二)金管會理財教育教材規劃的時數不足;
(三)金管會理財教育教學計畫仍須因材施教。
二、金管會理財教育課程融入公民科實施之成效
(一)金管會理財教育教材融入公民科教學的課程實施是具成效;
(二)以「活動或討論」方式進行理財教學是有助於達成教學目標;
(三)透過理財教育課程實施,已激發研究參與者具有主動學習態度。
三、金管會理財教育課程融入公民科實施的問題
(一)學校專科教室及電腦設備不足;
(二)課程教學計畫實施的時間過於分散;
(三)教學現場的問題
1.研究者教學技巧的提升;
2.研究者理財專業不足;
3.研究者缺乏同儕及教學團隊的諮詢與討論。
最後根據結論,研究者提出日後實施理財教育課程及相關研究之建議。
he FSC(Financial Supervisory Commission)announced to promote "Financial Literacy Project "in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, the implementation of Grade 1-9 Curriculum Guidelines as competence indicators, adding the concept of personal finance and financial education formally included in the third grade of junior high school civics course in 2011.As a civic teacher who has a mood of unease and anxiety for how to integrate FSC teaching materials into the field of civics courses. Based on the research background and motivation, this study adopted an action research to verify the FSC materials integrating into civics courses in the teaching of the appropriateness. And to explore what teaching strategies may carry out the effectiveness of teaching. Hope to eventually develop a set of teaching plans which can be used to promote the teaching of financial education in junior high schools. Results are generalized as follows: First, FSC materials integrating into the teaching plan of the Civics courses: 1. The specific teaching strategies adopted FSC materials are suitable for integration into the Civics. 2. The planned teaching hours for FSC materials integrating into the junior high school curricula is insufficient. 3. While implemented the teaching plan of FSC materials need to be individualized. Second, the effectiveness of implementation FSC materials integrating into the Civics courses: 1. The implementation of FSC materials integrating into the teaching of Civics courses is effective. 2. Activities or discussions are useful teaching strategies that help to achieve teaching objectives. 3. The implementation of financial education courses has stimulated the participants of this study with active learning attitude. Third, the problem with the implementation FSC materials integrating into the Civics courses: 1. The school specialized classrooms and computer equipment are insufficient. 2. The time of implementation of the teaching plan is too scattered. 3. Teaching scene: (1)Teaching ability of the researcher is enhanced. (2)The researcher is short of financial expertise. (3)The consultation and discussion of peer teaching team is lack for the researcher. According to the conclusions, the researcher provides some suggestions on the implementation of financial education courses and related research recommendations in the future.
