國內科研人員參加學術倫理課程之學習動機對研究倫理學習效果之研究-以學習滿意度為中介變項

Abstract

國家級研究單位為使科技研究人員正視學術倫理的重要性,引入「臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心」提供之學術倫理課程,經由數位學習模式,精進科技研究人員之學術倫理知能。為了瞭解個案研究人員的學習情形是否受學習動機影響而有不同,本研究的目的在探究科技研究人員參加學術倫理課程之學習動機與研究倫理學習效果及學習滿意度的關聯性,以研究個案之250位科技研究人員為調查對象,並以研究者自編的「國內科研人員參加學術倫理課程之學習動機對研究倫理學習效果及學習滿意度之調查」問卷為研究工具,透過問卷調查法蒐集研究所需之資料。本研究共計發放250份問卷,有效回收問卷為233份,有效回收率93%。回收的資料經彙整後,分別以信度分析、描述性統計、變異數分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現:(1)學習動機對於研究倫理學習效果具有顯著正向影響;(2)學習動機對於學習滿意度具有顯著正向影響;(3)學習滿意度對於研究倫理學習效果具有顯著正向影響;(4)學習滿意度在學習動機與研究倫理學習效果間具部分中介效果。本研究根據結果進一步提出相關建議,提供國內科研等相關單位作為未來實施教育訓練及規畫數位平台課程安排之參考,進而達到雙贏的局面。
In order to make science and technology researchers face the importance of academic ethics, the Ministry of Science and Technology has implemented web-based academic ethics courses provided by Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center. Through the academic ethics courses, hope the academic ethics of scientific and technological researchers will be advanced. The purpose of this study was to explore the relevance of research ethics and learning satisfaction to learning motivation of science and technology researchers participating in academic ethics courses. The participants are 250 science and technology researchers in the case company. The researcher applied the questionnaire entitled “Survey of Motivation of Researchers Participating in Academic Ethics Courses to Study Ethics Learning Outcomes and Learning Satisfaction of Domestic Researchers” as the research instrument to collect research data through questionnaire surveys. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed in this study, and 233 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective response rate was 93%. The research data were analyzed by reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, variance analysis and regression analysis. The study found that: (1)There is a significant relationship between learning motivation and research ethics learning outcomes; (2)There is a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction; (3)There is a significant relationship between learning satisfaction and research ethics learning outcomes; (4)Learning satisfaction has mediation effect between learning motivation and research ethics learning outcomes. Based on the findings, this study further proposes relevant recommendations for domestic institutions for their future implementation of educational training and arrangements for web-based platform for training academic ethics.
