dc.description.abstract對六種常用食用色素(食用藍色一號,食用紅色二號,食用紅色六號,食用紅色七號,食用黃色四號,食用黃色五號)應用合成及天然矽酸鋁薄層、白陶土薄層做色層分析且該結果與矽膠薄層色層分析法互相比較檢討結果,應用合成矽酸鋁薄層在展開溶劑I之結果略與矽膠薄層分離之結果相等且有用。應用白陶土薄層色層法,食用紅色二號及黃色四號Rf值相同外在其他可分離,但展開時間過長。合成矽酸鋁之市價為薄層用矽膠之價格之約十分之一。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThe thin-layer chromatography of food dyes has been studied by numerous investigators. The separation of synthetic food dyes by thin layers of cellulose1, starch2, silica gel3, aluminum oxide4,Polyamide5,6, polyamide-silica gel7, polya-mide-kieselguhr8,9 has been reported. But the separation on aluminum silicate and kaolin have not been studied. Kaolin (China clay)10, synthetic aluminum silicate, A12 (SiO3)11, and natural aluminum silicate (A12O3 xSiO2 yH2O)12 are used medicinally as an adsorbent and in the treatment of diarrhea caused by food poisoning of dysentery. In this studies, the separation of six kinds of blue, orange and red food dyes by aluminum silicate (synthetic and natural) and kaolin thin layer chromatography were described. For comparison, thin layer chromatography on silica gel is also described.en_US
